A memorable stay in pretty hotel in a great location.
Pros:

The location is great. The staff were very attentive and kind. Really good service as a result. The size of the hotel, quite small, also appealed to us reinforcing the friendly atmosphere.

Cons:

Not much. The water could have been a bit hotter in our room in the mornings but no complaints at all really.

Pros:

In primis l’accoglienza, la ragazza che ci ha accolto è stata molto gentile e ci ha aiutato ad orientarci. Immerso nel centro città riesci a vivere Lucca in pieno, partendo dalla possibilità di fare la colazione anche all’esterno verso le vie del centro.

Cons:

Avrei preferito trovare maggiori rifornimenti per la colazione.

Great location, not a great hotel.
Pros:

The location was fabulous and the seating area out front was lovely.

Cons:

The room was just okay on the clean scale. The blanket was clearly used and I asked to get another one and they lectured me about it definitely being clean. I would give up location for a nicer hotel.

Worth a stay
Pros:

It was so close to everything. Lovely quaint square with nice bar. Towels changed every day. Staff so lovely. We needed a lift so we stayed in the building beside hotel.

Cons:

Room quite small but serviceable for all your needs.
