Entrare a Lucca dopo 3 giorni e 400km in bici é un'emozione fermarsi e riposare
Pros:

Posizione centrale all'interno delle mura e sulla via principale pedonale della città.
Cortesia del personale.
Colazione a buffet ottima e abbondante.

Cons:

In considerazione che viaggiavo in bicicletta, avrei apprezzato un luogo un pelo più ampio per il deposito, e non in un pertugio tra auto, materiali vari, cavi di corrente (ricarica auto elettriche), e altri suppellettili. Ma in fondo é bastato un minimo di adattamento personale e la cosa l'ho risolta egregiamente.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Das personal war freundlich

Cons:

Wir hatten Zimmer mit Lift gebucht. Wir wurden aber in kleineren Zimmern in dem Teil des Hotels untergebracht, das keinen Lift hat. Das weitere Haus des Hotels mit dem Lift haben wir nicht gleich entdeckt, erst kurz vor der Abreise. Das Hotel hat unsere Reklamation nicht akzeptiert, aber wir haben eine kleine Entschädigung von Booking.com erhalten.

Benefit of great location and staff made up for shortcomings; would stay again for $20 less per night

Cons:

Very small shower; hot water ok but prefer hotter; breakfast was 2 star quality (have to boil own fresh eggs-limited meats, cheese and sweet breads); juices were not chilled. Only premade coffee.

Nice location, clean room but some rude hosts and lack of air in the room.
Pros:

The host at check out went above and beyond to make sure I got to the train station on time. He called a taxi and when they didn't arrive he carried my luggage to the exit to the wall.

Cons:

The host at checkin was very rude. When I told her I was having trouble locking my door she was very frustrated with having to help me. They also did not turn the air conditioners or fans on and said it was not warm enough to do so. However, my room was very warm without any air circulation. They told me to open the windows and not only did I have to listen to outside noise while trying to sleep but I woke up with multiple bug bites.

Good location, clean and quiet
Pros:

The location is excellent, situated in the heart of Lucca's old town, right next to Piazza dell'Anfiteatro, surrounded by restaurants and shops. The hotel facilities are good, very tidy and clean, the rooms are very quiet, the staff are friendly and welcoming, good breakfast.

Cons:

The hotel signage was unclear, the front desk and the hotel entrance were not the same, and there was a lack of directions. when checking out, I suggested them to post a sign outside the building entrance informing guests where to check in; I don't know if they made that arrangement.
