Cons:

Тараканы в номере огромные , вся мебель старая , белье уже пора выбросить . На завтрак можно не ходить , сразу в кафе на улицу чтобы не растраиваться .

Disappointing stay and very poor value for money

The location was the main positive aspect of the hotel

Cons:

I was disappointed with several aspects of my stay. Although I booked a twin room several months in advance, I was given a triple room on the second floor instead. When I questioned this, the receptionist initially insisted that it was the room I had booked until I showed my confirmation. I was told it was the only room available, and even when I offered to pay extra for an alternative, no adequate solution was provided.

The room was old, poorly equipped, and not properly cleaned. There was dust throughout the room, which made the overall condition even more disappointing. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable, and the TV was very small. The hairdryer was broken in half and held together with tape. When we reported it to reception, we were simply told to unplug it and put it in a drawer rather than being offered a replacement.

Another issue was the lack of sound insulation, as noise from the surrounding area could be heard in the room until around 1–2 a.m., making it difficult to sleep. I understand that the hotel is located in a lively area, and I have nothing against people enjoying their evenings. However, better soundproofing would significantly improve the comfort of guests staying at the hotel.

Overall, I was disappointed with the cleanliness and comfort of the room, the lack of sound insulation, and the lack of appropriate solutions when we raised issues with the staff. Considering the price of over €100 per night, I expected a much better standard of accommodation and customer service. Unfortunately, the experience did not offer good value for money.

I had a bad impression of this hotel.
Pros:

The toilet was clogged. the stuff did nothing to fix it. The air conditioner didn't work. it was impossible to sleep. Only in the middle of the night we were transferred to another room, although they could have done it earlier. And the staff's attitude was not friendly.

Cons:

People in the Hotel should be more attentive to there guests.

Pros:

The hotel was great, the staff were excellent, and the location was fantastic. However, I am giving it a 7 out of 10 because the electricity was unreliable and the air conditioning had issues. Once they fix the electrical problems, everything will be perfect.
