Super entspannt.
Pros:

Alle waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein sehr gutes Frühstück während des Aufenthalts. Da das Hotel mitten in der Altstadt von Karlsbad liegt, können alle interessanten Punkte fußläufig erreicht werden.

Pros:

Ubytování přímo na kolonádě. Parkování blízko ubytování. Příjemný personál. Dobrá snídaně.

Cons:

Na pokoji jsme neměli chytrou TV. Večer, když už vše bylo zavřeno a my chtěli být ještě vzhůru a na něco kouknout společně, tak chyběl Netflix.

Gutes Stadthotel
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage mitten in Karlsbad. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Die Sauberkeit perfekt.

Cons:

Es gab nur 2 gut gepolsterte Armlehnstühle, auf denen man aber keinen gemeinsamen Abend im Hotelzimmer verbringen konnte. Das Bett war sehr hart und das Bettzeug ungemütlich, schwer, hart und kalt.

Vynikající poloha hotelu, příjemný personál a velmi dobrá snídaně.

Cons:

I když bylo patrné, že vybavení pokoje je nové, postele vrzaly při každém otočení. Polštáře by potřebovaly vyměnit – byly velmi slehlé, s hrudkovitou náplní a při spaní nepohodlné. Doporučili bychom zvážit doplnění pantoflí, klasických koupelnových doplňků a také kondicionéru. Sprcha by si do budoucna zasloužila modernizaci, působí už trochu zastarale

Super Hotel für einen Kurztrip

Das gesamte Personal was überaus freundlich. Bei Ankunft (einige Stunden vor dem regulären Check-In) wurde uns direkt ein Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Lage im Zentrum war perfekt. Der vorab reservierte Parkplatz ist einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt, aber das störte uns nicht und die Info wurde im Vorfeld mit uns geteilt. Zimmer Nr 8 war großzügig geschnitten, sehr hell und bot genug Platz für 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kleinkind.

Cons:

Die Parkgebühr für 20EUR/Nacht könnte etwas günstiger sein.

Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt!
Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter sind außergewöhnlich nett und zuvorkommend. Schon der Empfang war herzlich und ohne jeden Aufwand.
Der Service beim Frühstück ist sehr aufmerksam, die Auswahl beim Frühstück vollkommen ausreichend. Es ist ein Haus mit 17 Zimmern, da sollte man kein Büffet erwarten, bei dem 3/4 dann liegen bleibt. Es ist alles da, es wird ständig nachgelegt und das süße Gebäck ist eine Versuchung :-).
Obwohl das Zimmer zur Fussgängerpassage zeigte, war es ruhig. Der große Vorteil dieser Seite: Es bleibts kühl.
