Pros:

perfect location but difficult with vehicle. Due to a marathon hotel parking spots were not available but manager took me and all baggage by car to parking garage, great service and enormously helpful

la localisation, en plein centre ville, la qualité de la literie

Cons:

il n'y a quasiment aucun parking en centre ville, celui indiqué par l'hôtel est très en hauteur dans la ville ; il existe un funiculaire qui permet de redescendre au centre mais sa localisation n'est pas très bien indiquée dans le parking

Sehr angenehmer und unkomplizierter Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Die Lage in einem Arm der Fußgängerzone ist perfekt. Alles schnell erreichbar. Wir waren mit den Fahrrädern dort, somit kann ich nicht sagen, wie das mit der Anfahrt und Parken funktioniert. Wir durften die Fahrräder im gesicherten Hinterhof abstellen. Die Zimmer und das Hotel insgesamt war in einem tadellosen Zustand. Alles sehr sauber. Das Personal sehr freundlich und relaxt.

Besonders war die Außergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft in diesem Hotel, con der Rezeptionistin bis hinauf zum Besitzer, der uns sogar persönlich mit seinem Auto zur Parkgarage brachte

Die Lage direkt im Zentrum.

Cons:

Habe ausversehen ein falsches Zimmer gebucht, was wir beim Betreten des Zimmers erst bemerkt haben.
Als wir nachfragen, ob wir mit Aufpreis ein größeres Zimmer bekommen können, da dies ein Versehen war, sagte man uns, das kein weiteres Zimmer zur Verfügung steht.
Als wir bei booking nach schauten waren ober noch mehrere frei.
Als wir nochmals fragten, hieß es, es sei nur ein Dreibettzimmer frei und das kann sie nicht für zwei hergeben.
Als wir ihr zeigten, das auf booking sehr wohl welche buchbar sind, hat sie uns dann doch endlich ein größeres Zimmer gegeben.
Man merkte, das sie sehr genervt war.
Da ich selbst aus der Gastronomie bin, weiß ich, das so etwas eigentlich kein großer Akt ist.
Diese halbe Stunde Diskussion hätte nicht nötig sein müssen.
Was auch schade war, das keine Parkplätze vorhanden sind.
Man muss ca. 20 min zum Auto laufen (steil bergauf). Das war für uns kein Problem, aber sollte jemand etwas schlecht zu Fuß sein, wäre es angebracht dies vorher mitzuteilen.

Dennoch war der Aufenthalt sehr schön und das Frühstück war Klasse.

Sehr gutes, sauberes Hotel mitten in der Altstadt von Karlsbad
Pros:

Tolles, sehr sauberes Hotel mitten im Zentrum von Karlsbad. Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht und waren erstaunt über die Vielfalt des Angebotes.

Cons:

Da das Hotel in einer Fußgängerzone liegt, musste unser Auto weiter entfernt in der Oberstadt geparkt werden, die man nur mit der Zahnradbahn erreicht.
