Pros:

Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Mühlenkollonade und ist so optimal fußläufig zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Personal ist immer super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Sauberkeit ist wirklich hervorzuheben. Das Mobiliar ist zwar schon ein paar Tage älter, aber in gutem Zustand und funktional. Die Betten sind groß und gemütlich. Das Frühstück ist zwar klein, aber abwechslungsreich und lecker. Dazu stets viel frisches Obst und Gemüse und dazu kleine Leckereien. Wir waren nun das 2. Mal da und sicher nicht das letzte mal

Cons:

Es gibt leider keine Parkplätze am Hotel, aber das ist ein generelles Problem in Karlsbad. In der Nähe gibt es Parkhäuser

Rundum ein tolles Hotel, wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
Pros:

Absolut top! Die Mitarbeiter, ob beim Frühstück oder an der Rezeption, sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, man hat sich immer willkommen gefühlt. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, umfangreich und abwechslungsreich, der Frühstücksraum ist in warmen Farben gestaltet. Unsere Zimmer waren sehr gemütlich, sauber und ruhig, die Betten bequem. Man muss nur einen Fuß aus der Tür setzten und schon befindet man sich mitten im Geschehen. Empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Die Tür von einem der Schlafzimmer lies sich nicht schließen.

Központi elhelyezkedésű, családias jellegű megfizethető szállás.
Pros:

Központi elhelyezkedés, közvetlenül a sétáló utcán a két árkádsor között. Kicsi csendes hotel barátságos személyzettel.
Bőséges, bár nem különösebben változatos reggeli. A személyzet folymatosan gondoskodott az elfogyasztott ételek pótlásáról. Bőséges információt kaptunk a helyi termálvíz jótékony hatásairól és az alaklamzható 21 napos kúráról :)

Cons:

A város és a hotel elhelyezkedése miatt a parkolás és behajtás gondot jelent, korlátozott. Fura hogy erre csak szűk informácoió áll rendelkezésre a foglalás során, csak a foglalást követően kaptunk részletesebb tájékoztatót. Így a tájékoztatáson lehetne javítani.
A mi szobánk már egy kicsit kopottas volt és a fürdőszobában is az egyik mosdókagyló repedt volt.
A fűtés nem nagyon szabályozható. Egy kiadós eső érkezett széllel és lehüléssel, amit a fűtés csak részben kompenzált - kicsit hideg volt a szobában teljes fűtés mellett is.

Mycket nöjd, längtar redan tillbaks, vacker, spännande stad med mycket historia och vackra byggnader.
Pros:

Litet, smakfullt, hemtrevligt hotell med fantastiskt läge,trevlig personal, tyst o lugnt o god frukost

Cons:

Svårt att parkera, måste betala för garage en bra bit från hotellet, där man bara kan lämna av bagage mellan vissa tider.

Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Die Lage! Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fussläufig gut zu erreichen. Jede Menge Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Der Empfang war sehr herzlich!
Neben der Rezeption kann man sich kostenlos Tag und Nacht Kaffee ☕️ und Tee 🫖 kochen.
Es gibt einen Aufzug. Das Frühstück war richtig gut.
Es wurde ständig nachgelegt. Heißgetränke wurden zum Tisch gebracht.
Das Personal war super freundlich!

Cons:

Dass es leider keinen Parkplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe gab.
Ein Parkhaus befindet sich im oberen Karlsbad und kostet pro Tag bzw. Übernachtung 20 Euro!
