Pros:

Ubicación en el mismo centro de Karlovy Vary, pese a ello el hotel es muy tranquilo. Todo a mano. Habitación y baño muy amplios. Camas cómodas. Buen desayuno en un salón muy acogedor.. La habitación daba a la fachada principal. Personal amable.

Cons:

Quizá deberían mejorar algo la opacidad de las ventanas para conseguir una oscuridad mayor. Los edredones son un poco pequeños. Pero no tendría problema en volver a alojarme en este hotel.

Pros:

Очень прекрасное расположение, приветливый персонал и прекрасный завтрак. Не смотря что на улице было 28 градусов тепла,в номере было прохладно и комфортно. Так же Очень хорошая шумоизоляция . Отдыхом остались довольны

Super zentral gelegen mitten in der Fußgängerzone. Das Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt.

Wir hatten bei der Buchung schon einen Parkplatz beim Hotel gebucht, der uns kurz vor Ankunft auch nochmal bestätigt wurde. Als wir dann aber in Karlsbad angekommen waren, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass unser SUV zu hoch für die Parkgarage wäre, so dass wir an ein Parkhaus auf der anderen Flussseite verwiesen wurden. Angeblich wollte man anrufen, so dass ein Parkplatz sicher wäre, aber als wir ankamen, wusste keiner was davon, stattdessen wurden wir äußerst unfreundlich angemacht und beleidigt. Als wir später im Hotel waren, wurde dann auch bestätigt, dass man nicht angerufen hatte, denn man ist ja davon ausgegangen, dass sowieso was frei wäre. So was geht gar nicht. Ich war fuchsteufelswild und hab mich Stunden später immer noch über die unfreundliche Behandlung im Parkhaus aufgeregt, während ich mich gleichzeitig über das Hotel geärgert habe. Ich denke nicht, dass wir nach dieser Erfahrung nochmal nach Karlsbad kommen werden.

Hotel na dobrém místě, příjemný a nápomocný personál, klid na spaní ve vyšším patře. Dobrý výběr na snídaně, vše chutné a čerstvé. Parkovací místo pro auto dál od hotelu, ale pochopitelné pro oblast kolonád Karlových Varů.
