Personale non all' altezza della struttura..poco disponibile..dopo ore di volo nessuno si e' curato di aiutarci a portare i bagagli in camera abbiamo dovuto fare diverse scale esterne in discesa con i bagagli anche rischiando...mentre l' addetto ci ha accompagnato senza darci il minimo aiuto. Neanche in un ostello si hanno trattamenti del genere.o

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here in late May! We completely loved the place. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helped us seamlessly organize our hot air balloon ride. The absolute highlight was the terrace—it offers a breathtaking view over the entire town. You honestly couldn't wish for a better view. Highly recommended!

Un excelente lugar para alojarse en Goreme. Hotel súper completo y auténtico, hermosas terrazas y vistas. Excelente desayuno, muy amable el personal, excelente ubicación.

La ducha muy oscura. Reforzaría la limpieza de la misma.

Good location at Capadocia!
Pros:

Hotel was good. Good location and good view from the city from the rooftop. The staff was kind but the language was a little challenge as sometimes we needed some information and they struggled with speaking english. Breakfast was good with good options. Make sure to see the sunrise with the balloons from the rooftop. It is worth it to wake up really early to see it.
