Très déçu pour un pseudo 4 étoiles

Nous avons séjourné 6 nuits au Room Mate Leo Granada (4 étoiles s’il vous plait !) chambre double et petit déjeuner compris.
Le lendemain de notre arrivée, le 21/02 nous avons pris le petit déjeuner à l'hôtel puis dans l’après-midi, prise de maux de ventre insupportables, j’ai été transportée aux urgences de l’hôpital Virgen de las Nieves. Après une attente de plusieurs heures, mise sous perfusion anti-douleurs et anti-diarrhées, verdict : intoxication alimentaire. Mon seul repas de la journée était le petit déjeuner pris à l’hôtel, rien d’autre. De retour tard dans la soirée, nous avons averti la réception, à aucun moment de notre séjour (6 jours) on nous a demandé des nouvelles. J’ai conservé des problèmes intestinaux pendant 5 jours, avec obligation de retourner à l’hôpital de Malaga le 26/02 pour douleurs abdominales et sang dans les selles.
Mon séjour a été fortement impacté et gâché par cette intoxication alimentaire. Le buffet de l’hôtel est ouvert de 7 h à 12 h et les plats présentés « mijotent » à température moyenne, la charcuterie et le fromage sont à l’air libre, pas de réfrigération, j’ai compris d’où venait mon intoxication.
Je ne conseille pas cet établissement qui manque singulièrement de professionnalisme, je m’en étais remise aux avis Booking pour le choisir, j’ai été bien déçue et me demande si ces avis sont le reflet de la réalité.

エレベーターの隣の狭い部屋をアサインされ、エレベーターの音がうるさいので買えてくれと交渉したら、最終的に希望通り変更してくれた

３泊したが、最後の２泊はシャワーのお湯がでなくてクレームすれど出たり出なかったりだった

Mooi hotel centraal gelegen

Mooie ruime kamer. Heerlijk bed en douche. Uitgebreid ontbijt en lekkere pool op dakterras.

Cons:

Het zou leuk zijn als er boven op het dakterras ook een drankje kan worden geserveerd ipv zelf uit een koelkast halen.

Ausgezeichnetes Innenstadthotel in bester Lage! Wir kamen gegen 02:00 Uhr morgens an und wurden vom Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption freundlich empfangen. Das Hotel ist etwas verwinkelt aber alles ist sehr gut angeschrieben. Das Pool ist echt "süß" - klein aber mit einer perfekten Aussicht. Auf der Terrasse gibt es eine Selbstbedienungsbar welche ebenso 24/7 verfügbar ist. Ich kann dieses Hotel wirklich empfehlen für einen Städtetrip in Granada - es ist der Dom wie auch die Alhambra fußläufig zu erreichen - eine Fußgängerzone zum Shoppen ist direkt beim Hotel! Das Frühstück ist einfach aber komplett ausreichend!! Einziger Nachteil ist, dass Taxis nicht direkt zum Hotel vorfahren können. Ich kann das Hotel zu 100% empfehlen!!
