Le défaut de professionalisme et la désinvolture de l'accueil tout comme le défaut de prise en compte de l'annulation des nuitées sur place avec anticipation car je me doutais que cela ne tournait pas rond, et devoir aller sur place deux heures auparavant afin de vérifier que j'avais raison de douter, notamment la borne de check- in et Qrcode : agissements douteux et pratiques commerciales trompeuses , cela est tout bonnement époustouflant affligeant !
The male receptionist at night was nice, it was somewhere to sleep with the metro a few mins away
Receptionist was HORRIBLE!!!! We first walked in at 10am and asked if we could leave our bags there, she told us no and that they dont do that there. At check-in (2pm) there was a couple who were in front of us and they asked if they could get their luggage, to this she pretended not to understand and hushed them looking at us but finally said yes after their 4th time clarifying. When confronted she got her phone out and said sorry sir to my boyfriend. I was struggling to check-in as it was all in french and she just watched and the customers behind us had to help, when we finally got the key card i asked her where our room was as she had told the couple in front of us with no prompt and i got ignored. She was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone from this experience.
