Reibungsloser Ablauf. Und Lage zum Flughafen sind toll.

Cons:

Betten leider sehr hart, komischer Geruch im gang und Zimmer nach alten modrigen Teppich. Im bad leicht nach Kanal. Und schon in die Jahre gekommen.

Personál na recepcii dňa 27.08.2026 večer o 21:30 hod. bol absolútne neprofesionálny. Najskôr pani recepčná nerešpektovala, že v pobyte máme rezervované raňajky a až následne po predložený e-mailu nám zabezpečila raňajky. Ale najväčší šok prišiel po odovzdaní karty a následnom vstupe do izby, ktorá bola už obsadená a spal v nej pán, ktorý bol rovnako ako my v šoku, keď sme otvorili dvere. Po danej udalosti sa nám nikto neospravedlnil, absolútne žiadna komunikácia, ako by sa nič nestalo. Konkrétne išlo o izby číslo 103 a 111. Navyše som písala e-mail/sťažnosť na adresu [email protected] a nikto nereagoval, nekomunikoval. Takže neodporúčam, absolútne zle! Nikdy sa do daného hotela nevrátime a samozrejme sa budeme vyhýbať značke IbisVienna!
