As stop in our Italy trip.
Pros:

The location in the center of Brunico is perfect. Walking distance to interesting places and shopping. Excellent restaurant in-house.

Überteuertes Hotel, Personal zum Teil völlig unmotiviert
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, Zwei junge Damen im Bereich des Gastronomieservice, die sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit waren, sind sehr positiv zu erwähenen denn sie verhielten sich genau so, wie man es sich vorstellt, im Gegensatz zu den männlichen, älteren Kollegen, die einen unmotivierten Eindruck machten.

Cons:

Die Müllabfuhr ist morgens um 6 Uhr gekommen und war entsprechend laut, wir haben dann nicht mehr geschlafen. Ein Mitarbeiter der Gastronomie hat den "Preis für den schlechtesten Service" auf unserer Reise gewonnen. Er hat nach unserem Empfinden Bestellungen bewusst überhört, weil er keine Arbeit mehr haben wollte. Eine absolute Frechheit war auch, dass er bezüglich einer Ratte, auf die wir ihn im Außen-Gastronomiebereich aufmerksam machten, keinerlei Aussage oder Aktivität zeigte.

Pros:

We had a fantastic experience here. Vania was extremely helpful, she went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. She gave us suggestions and advice for the area, was lovely to chat with, gave us a portable fan. Most of all she gave us an incredible packed breakfast for the next morning, since we were leaving very early to go hiking. We were so impressed. Facilities were great, a little fridge was nice, and the shower pressure was so nice! Overall we had a great time, grazie mille!
