Good hotel if all you are looking for is somewhere to sleep.
Pros:

Location is near metro stations, bus stops and tramlines. Restaurants are close by also. The street is quiet. room is spacious, so much so it feels a bit empty but it completes it's function of given you a good nights sleep. The bathroom/shower room is clean and bright.
You get what is described. The lack of breakfast can be a deal breaker for some but there are local cafés close by.
The staff at reception were helpful when asking for indications.

Check in and out was straight forward without any issues.

Veramente un ottimo hotel, se ci fosse occasione, tornerei sicuramente da loro
Pros:

Abbastanza pulito; molto ordinato; personale gentile, disponibile ed educato; posizione ottima (praticamente a circa 30 minuti da tutto) e zona vicino a diversi servizi (bar, panifici, tabacchi, anche parrucchiere e altro); dimensioni della camera (io ho preso una tripla) dignitose (non enormi, ma nemmeno minuscole); letti comodo; condizionatore in camera; comoda sala di attesa con anche un bagno e una macchinetta con cibo e acqua da acquistare a prezzi non esagerati; phone per asciugare i capelli nelle camere; ascensore per salire nelle camereb deposito bagaglio prima il check in e dopo il check out.

Cons:

Se proprio dovessi trovare dei lati negativi, sarebbero solo il fatto che la doccino della doccia aveva molto calcare e che nei cuscino della stanza c'erano delle macchie e buchi, però era sicuramente tutto pulito (per cui è probabile fossero macchie non andare vie e strappi che possono accadere con tanti lavaggi ad alte temperature).
