Poor customer service, huge early check in fees even when the rooms are empty and sat doing nothing

Nice location, comfy beds, nice and quiet at night.

Cons:

Poor customer service, we advised that we would be arriving at 8am and would like an early check in if possible. Feedback from the hotel was that this was only guaranteed if we paid a large fee. We agreed to not pay the fee and just see if the room was ready. On the morning of arrival the room was ready but the staff still wanted a huge fee to let us check in. Very poor customer service and they turned a customer from being in support of their business to now viewing them poorly, just so the room could sit empty until 3pm. The hotel needs to do better, if the room is empty then let your customers have it, it isn’t costing you anything and will make your customers happy. There are lots of other hotels to choose from in Singapore.

Pros:

The hotel was in fantastic Location lots to see and do around it and walking distance to places! The rooms are on the smaller side Ideal for one person, however super comfortable and enough in there for short stay in Singapore!

FANTASTIC!!!
Pros:

Staff was EXCEPTIONAL....always smiling and helpful, courteous and polite. The hotel is super clean. The location CANNOT be beat. This hotel is so easy accessible to so many wonderful sites, including the riverfront and it is only a 10-15 minute walk to the best HAWKER centre (Lau PaSat). We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend for all types of travels 9business, family vacation, etc)

Cons:

Umbrellas by the pool. Singapore's muggy heat is so INTENSE. Perhaps add some shade by the pool for added comfort. Otherwise, all everything was exceptional.

שלחנו בקשה להיות בחדר נמוך, מספר פעמים ולא ענו לנו הגענו לשם והיה להם מאוד קשה להבין את רצונינו לחדר נמוך בעקבות פוביה ממעליות לקח להם מספר שעות לפתור את העניין וגם אותו לא פתרו עד הסוף

Konumu, çalışanların yaklaşımları bizi çok rahat ettirdi. Yine gelmek istesek grand park city hall de konaklamak isteriz.

Cons:

Fiyatı biraz daha uygun olabilir. Ayrıca Kahvaltı salonu çok küçük ve kahvaltıda sunulan yemeklerin daha fazla çeşidi olmalıydı diye düşünüyorum. Geri kalan her şey çok iyiydi çok memnun kaldık.
