Pros:

Room was comfortable. Hotel is located very near to Cuihu (the Lake). Short drive to other places like Nanping Road and the old Street. Helpful staff.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in, a perfect 10
Pros:

I rarely give a 10 on Booking, but this hotel truly deserves it.
The location is outstanding, right in front of Green Lake Park.
Rooms are spacious and clean, with views over the city or the park.
The lobby is grand and elegant.
The breakfast buffet is incredibly rich and varied, something for every taste and dietary need. The dinner buffet is equally impressive.
Staff is attentive and genuinely kind throughout. I honestly cannot find a single flaw.

Nothing. Highly recommended.

Very spacious and comfortable room, great having a fridge, lovely location, 5 min walk to beautiful Green Lake Park and local restaurants. Lovely breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff, arranged taxis for Stone Forest and other local sights.

Best value for money for Kunming Trip
Pros:

Excellent location within walking distance to Green Lake Park with many eateries nearby. Only 15-min away from Didi (e-hailing service) to Kunming Station - starting point to many attractions and destinations, such as Stone Forest, Lijiang, Dali, Shangrila, etc. Spacious room and comfortable bed with toiletries. Helpful and friendly front desk staff 24/7 and offer luggage storage service.

Cons:

Nothing to complain about at this hotel.
