Malgré les quelques petits désagréments, très bon hôtel que nous recommandons
Pros:

L’emplacement est parfait. Nous avons été merveilleusement accueillis : la personne nous a donné toutes les indications nécessaires à une bonne découverte de la ville de Matera.
La chambre était très propre et bien équipée

Cons:

1/ La mention donnée par l’hôtel sur un parking à proximité à 10€ / jour est en partie erronée : attention cela ne s’applique pas sur 24h flottantes. Si comme nous vous arrivez la veille apres-midi alors vous payez le forfait 10€ + les heures ecoulées de la veille.

2/ Une alarme s’est déclenchée à 7h10 , a priori dans notre chambre uniquement, pendant que nous dormions, mais personne n’a su nous dire pourquoi.

3/ Nous connaissions et comprenons l’horaire de libération de la chambre à 11h et nous étions quasi prêts mais toquer à la porte à 10h50 puis utiliser le pass pour ouvrir à 10h58 et enfin appeler à 11h05 alors que je souffrais de maux de ventre était un peu trop oppressant

Pros:

il check-in con Mariangela è servito a conoscere gli itinerari e prenotare il ristorante. Le ragazze sono state magnifiche e molto disponibili sia in sala colazioni che al check out.

Originalità nell' arredo delle stanze
Rapporto qualità/prezzo

Cons:

Unico problema per chi viaggia con bambini piccoli, potrebbe avere qualche difficoltà nell' accesso alla struttura con passeggino, soprattutto dopo le 22:00 quando chiudono la reception e non si ha più la possibilità di usufruire dell' ascensore.

Un albergo nel cuore di Matera, con un affaccio splendido su piazza del sedile
Pros:

Un albergo diffuso nel cuore di Matera. Abbiamo soggiornato in una stanza grande con un terrazzino e affaccio su Piazza del Sedile. La posizione è davvero centrale. La colazione buona e abbondante.

Splendida esperienza a Matera! Ci ritornerei anche domani
Pros:

La camera era esattamente come descritta
Aria condizionata, buona pulizia, cambio asciugamani giornalieri, ogni giorno i prodotti da bagno venivano ripristinati se consumati. Il bagno pulito ogni giorno in perfetto ordine
La nostra esperienza in grotta top

Cons:

Niente… non mi aspettavo nulla di più… alla reception ci hanno anche suggerito i ristoranti migliori visto che ci trattenevamo per diversi giorni

Da es im Zentrum ist, ist es am Abend doch viel los und laut! Aber die Fenster dichten perfekt.
