Tolles Ambiente.
Pros:

Wir hatten einen super schönes Zimmer Richtung Promenade Karlsbad.
Auch der self Check-in, war für uns sehr komfortabel! Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker.

Cons:

Die Parkplatzsituation war wirklich schrecklich. Wir sind sehr spät angekommen gegen 22 Uhr und der Hotel Parkplatz war komplett voll.
Wir mussten ca. 10 lauf Minuten entfernt parken. Dennoch hatten wir Glück, so viel Gepäck hatten wir nicht und man hätte auch vorm Hotel kurzzeitig halten können um alles auszuladen.

Skvělá poloha, na menší hotel bohaté snídaně. Odhlučnění bylo úžasné. Pohodlí, které máte s tím, že nemusíte s sebou tahat kartu nebo klíče.

Cons:

Trošku menší postele a zatemnění by mohlo taky být lepší.

Pobyt v Hotelu Heluan byl jednoduše skvělý a předčil naše očekávání!
​Samoobslužný systém: Bezkontaktní vstup do hotelu a pokoje na kód je naprosto geniální řešení. Žádné nošení klíčů ani strach z jejich ztráty.
​Lokalita: Perfektní umístění přímo v blízkosti kolonád. Kousek je to i na lanovku Diana a k dalším památkám.
​Vynikající snídaně a personál: Snídaně byly perfektní s opravdu velkým výběrem. Personál byl usměvavý, příjemný a ochotný.
​Komfort a výhled: Pokoj byl čisťounký, vybavení plně dostačující, Wi-Fi běžela rychle a bez problémů. Jako třešnička na dortu byl super výhled.
​Parkování: Velkým plusem v centru Karlových Varů je i vlastní (sice menší, ale moc praktické) parkoviště přímo za hotelem.
​Závěr
​V Hotelu Heluan bylo prostě super a s čistým svědomím ho můžeme doporučit všem, kteří chystají návštěvu Karlových Varů. Rádi se sem zase vrátíme

sehr gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Als wir gebucht haben, war es ziemlich günstig (60€ für 2er Zimmer) - ein unschlagbarer Preis. Die Zimmer sind sauber und recht groß und bequem. Self Checkin lief ohne Probleme, das Frühstück war lecker. Die Lage ist total super und auch der eigene Parkplatz ist prima (aber bisschen Extrakosten).

Bohatá a pestrá snídaně

Cons:

Před příjezdem přišel email, že je nutné udělat online chce-in na uvedením odkazu, který ale nefungoval. V emailu bylo varování, že když se check-in neprovede, nebude možné se ubytovat. Na emailový dotaz nikdo nereagoval, ale následně přišel mail s přístupovými údaji.

Pros:

Interiér, lokalita, parkování (vzhledem k tomu, že hotel je v historickém centru, tak možnost parkování je více než vítána - přestože se jedná o malé parkoviště pro 5 aut), bezkontaktní hotel na kódy i k pokoji

Cons:

Přestože interiér byl kouzelný, chyběla nám alespoň jedna skříň s poličkami na oblečení, protože jedna a výhradně na ramínka je docela bida. Nečekala bych, že lze udělat špatná míchaná vajíčka ke snídani, ale stálo se, další den jsem neměla odvahu si je opět vzít. A když jsem u těch snídaní... to kafe z automatu jak na zimáku? To jsem fakt nečekala. Esspreso bylo vcelku dobré (s přihlédnutím na to, že to bylo automatové) ale capuccino nebo latte ze směsi? Nedalo se to pít.

Pros:

Frühstück war sehr vielfältig, liebevoll angerichtet und lecker.
Schöne zentrale Lage.
Unterkunft hat ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Cons:

Fahrstuhl ist zwar sehr schön nostalgisch, aber leider zu klein für einen Kinderwagen. Untergestell konnte aber unten im Flur geparkt werden.
