Excellent hotel
Pros:

The friendliness of the lady on the desk when I checked in, the room was very spacious and clean. The shower was larger than a lot of other hotels which is always a plus.

Krakow visit
Pros:

The hotel is centrally located with a lot of charm and character, breakfast was plentiful and not overcrowded

Small issue could not get any English speaking channels on television but you are not there to watch television

Comfortable quiet hotel very central, but not if you can’t manage the stairs.
Pros:

The location is great, well in the centre of the old town, the hotel is quiet and beds comfortable, get a good nights sleep and a nice breakfast in the morning.

Cons:

I was on third floor steep stairs and no lift (as stated to be fair) the room was spacious but only small high up windows so no views. The shower was over bath
