Payments can be made only in PLN or by credit card. The price given in EUR may change due to exchange rate variations.

The hotel accepts dogs - a maximum of 1 dog per room, after signing the regulations. The additional cost is PLN 70 PLN per night.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja Hotelu. Wnętrze hotelowe stylowo urządzone. Obsługa hotelu bardzo uprzejma.
Cons:

Wielkość pokoju wystarczająca, ale niezbyt jasny w ciągu dnia. Z uwagi na bezpośrednią bliskość ogródka wypoczynkowego na dole i wiele osób tam przebywających i palących papierosy, pokój zbyt głośny i wymagający zamykania okna z uwagi na dym wpadający do pokoju. W pokoju zbyt małe biurko, powinno być dłuższe, bo jest na to dosyć miejsca.

Dobre miejsce dla osób ceniących bliskość głównych atrakcji miasta.
Pros:

Bardzo kameralny, klimatyczny hotel, w którym obsługa stara się sprostać wszystkim oczekiwaniom gości. Atutem jest dobra lokalizacja, blisko rynku głównego, a jednocześnie z dala od zgiełku.

Cons:

Mile widziana byłaby sauna w cenie pobytu.

Much more than a typical three-star hotel.

Cons:

If we hadn’t experienced what happened, I might have felt better about the hotel. The hotel is not truly pet-friendly. When we arrived, we learned that leaving our dog alone in the room is forbidden, and they actively monitor guests regarding this rule, which felt very uncomfortable and intrusive.

If the hotel has strict policies like this, they should clearly state them in their profile. Our dog is elderly and has difficulty walking, so staying outside all the time — especially in heavy rain — is simply not possible. If I had known beforehand that the hotel had these kinds of rules, I definitely would not have made the booking.

Gorgeous hotel. Lovely staff. Close to the city centre. Would highly recommend this hotel.

I loved the hotel and the location! I would definitely stay here again when visiting Krakow.
Pros:

The staff in the reception were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was ample and the quality of the food was excellent. I particularly liked the fresh fruit and orange juice each morning. It was a lovely space in which to meet each morning and enjoy not only our breakfast, but a coffee as we planned our day.

Cons:

The staff in the dining room were very busy working hard to keep the breakfast buffet well stocked, as well as cleaning up so the tables were always ready for the next round of guests. This made it challenging for them to be helpful.
