Saturday: 09:30 to 12:30
Sunday and holidays: closed.

The breakfast buffet is not available on Sundays or bank holidays.

Beds are made prior to arrival and housekeeping is done once a week.

The credit card used to make the booking as well as personal identification will be requested upon arrival.

E' comodo per andare a Parigi, a circa 20 minuti a piedi c'è la stazione della metro, ci sarebbe stata anche la RER, ma purtroppo la fermata è stata sopressa per lavori.

Cons:

Avevo prenotato un appartamento per quattro persone, e ci hanno dato due camere separate, nella mia stanza c'erano parecchie ragnatele, mancava la spugna per lavare i piatti, il rubinetto della cucina si muoveva tutto, i muri erano sporchi, e la stanza dei miei amici era un pochino meglio ma non troppo, diciamo che forse una bella ristrutturazione non guasterebbe.

Un seul rouleau de papier wc à l arrivée et le lendemain j ai du demander à 4 personnes qui m ont dit. On avant d avoir le charmant Monsieur de la cafétéria qui m a apporté deux rouleaux de papier toilette, nous étions deux personnes et nous restions 3 nuits ! Pas de Clim la caution de 150€ prélevée et bloquée je suis partie depuis dimanche matin de l hôtel on est mercredi apres midi ils n ont toujours pas remboursé les 150€

Not use as hotel

Very disappointing experience.

Upon arrival there was no reception available and no staff on site to assist guests. We were informed that reception was closed due to public holidays, which is difficult to understand for a hotel receiving guests with active reservations.

The hotel also does not provide breakfast on public holidays or Sundays, which was not expected and is unacceptable for this type of accommodation.

The facilities are old and outdated, and the heating in the room was not working properly.

Additionally, parking could not be arranged because there was no staff available to manage it. We asked in advance but were unable to reserve a parking space due to the lack of personnel.

Overall, the lack of service, support and basic hotel facilities made the stay far below expectations.

Pros:

Die Lage ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt, man ist schnell mit der metro im Zentrum. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in der Nähe. Der kleine Bäcker um die Ecke hat eine sehr tolle Auswahl leckerer Backwaren.

Cons:

Wir haben ein Zimmer bekommen das eigentlich nicht zur Hotel Vermietung gedacht war sondern ein Zimmer für Studenten.
Leider war es Schmutzig, Wände vergilbt und vollständig klebrig, Steckdosen fallen aus der Wand, der sicherungskasten war offen und nicht sicher.
Die Küchenzeile war nicht für 4 Personen ausgelegt und auch die Sauberkeit hier wirklich ekelhaft. Alles klebt, voll fettig ...
