Overall, our trip was wonderful and we had a very good experience staying here. The location of the hotel is very convenient — there is a bus stop right next to the villa, which was a big advantage. The room had everything we needed: a kettle, hairdryer, bathrobes, towels, and all the essentials. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well prepared for guests.

However, there was one major downside that significantly affected our experience. During our stay, there were roof renovation works taking place on the property. There were many construction workers around and construction equipment everywhere. The swimming pool was dirty, and it was uncomfortable to use it, so we did not swim there at all. We were never informed in advance that renovation works would be happening during our stay. If we had known about this beforehand, we most likely would have chosen a different hotel.

Another unpleasant situation was related to the tourist tax. At check-in, nobody reminded us about it or explained anything. Only 2–3 days after we had already left Italy, the manager started messaging us on WhatsApp asking us to pay the tax. I believe this shows a lack of attention and professionalism from the hotel staff, because such important information should be clearly communicated to guests during check-in.

Pros:

Immersa nel verde posto tranquillo e rilassante.
Letto e cuscini comodi e tutto pulito.
Abbiamo visitato Venezia e dopo tutto il giorno in mezzo al caos tornare in questa struttura in un posto così tranquillo era davvero piacevole.

Lieu magnifique et calme, reposant avant ou après la foule de Mestre et Venise !

Lieu superbe, extérieur magnifique très bien entretenu ! A l’insterieir c
Est super beau ils ont fait du neuf avec l’esprit ancien des lieux . Très calme et à la fois très pratique pour les enfants, se balader dans les jardins et balançoire au rdv .

Cons:

La salle de bain : elle est très belle et grande mais la mini douche pas pratique et l’eau dans la baignoire et la douche avait du mal à s’évacuer

Migliorabile, peccato!

Contesto nel verde, silenzioso e piacevole soprattutto in primavera-estate. Posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro di Mestre e a sua volta Venezia. Salone grande con TV. Auto check-in comodissimo.

Se leggi recensioni di ottimo livello, ti attendi sia un'accoglienza di ottimo livello...
la realtà può essere diversa o forse non siamo stati fortunati noi o l'appartamento che abbiamo occupato...
Una delle due camere matrimoniali fai fatica a chiamarla tale, non giri attorno al letto che traballa e ha un materasso a molle un po' discutibile. Non esiste il comodino e l'abat-jour.
L'altra camera è più matrimoniale ma anch'essa non perfetta.
Il bagno, ambiente enorme sarebbe perfetto se fosse meglio illuminato. E fosse presente la carta igienica, che fortunosamente ci è stata consegnata seppur nel cuore della notte!
Ma il problema è la pulizia. Mediamente il voto è 9, oddio, vorrei sapere se noi siamo stati così sfortunati?
La cucina, praticamente non attrezzata (3 coperti spaiati per 4 ospiti) senza poi indagare su pentole e utensili vari, non era pulita! Briciole ovunque, ditate unte... insomma, l'aspetto strettamente igienico molto discutibile.
Non se ne abbia a male se non l'abbiamo contattata per le nostre rimostranze, la situazione non era recuperabile con una telefonata... mi auguro si tratti solo di sfortuna e di queste osservazioni ne faccia tesoro per i prossimi ospiti, magari meno puntigliosi di noi!

La villa: molto bella e accogliente

Cons:

Il fatto che avessimo prenotato due appartamenti nella villa ma all’arrivo abbiamo scoperto che parte degli ospiti erano stati messi in un appartamento dislocato in centro che nulla aveva a che fare con l’ambiente della villa né per tipologia di struttura né per il costo. L’appartamento,infatti, non sarebbe stato scelto come opzione della vacanza.
