The fact that I was given choice when we booked almost 6 months ago of triple room that costs more & I paid for.
& on arrival we were given a double room,
When questioned I said I wouldn’t mind - however we PAID MORE.
So surly must be compensated?
And there response ‘ we are fully booked’
Make that make sense
Why offer availability of a room @ a higher price,
Charge- then give cheaper room
& booked 6 months ago….
I don’t buy it!
