Great stay in central location
Pros:

The location was absolutely fantastic. Right in the middle of the historic city, it allowed for an easy walk to everything you'd want to see and was super convenient for quick breaks in between, to use facilities or drop off shopping.
All the staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. They answered any questions and made sure you had everything you need.
The bed was very comfortable, there were many hangers in the closet (not just 2 for show) und rooms were cleaned daily. They also provided products like shampoo, shower gel and body lotion.
Breakfast was made to go if you had an early start and they provided beach towels. Although both of these things should be made more obvious (put it in the folder in the room), I only found out by accident about the beach towels.

Cons:

The breakfast was very basic and there was no variety. The same bread and spreads every day.
The room had too few outlets inconveniently placed. No hooks in the bathroom and my window was right next to the air con units outside, so it was super loud and I could never open it.

Location is the highlight! you are staying inside the old-town. It is an historic building, so you experience the history first-hand!

Cons:

Breakfast was too basic for such a price tag. You are in the middle of the old town, so bring your earplugs for the sleep.

Pros:

Excellent central location. The staff are very nice. The room was very comfortable. Wonderful place to stay in Split.

Fantastic location, brilliant staff, very clean room
Pros:

Fantastic location, staff very helpful, cafe and restaurant on site excellent, breakfast fairly good, staff there excellent. Room very clean and comfortable, we had a balcony too which was great

Cons:

Maybe a better choaice of food at breakfast as they do also have a restaurant on site?

A good central hotel for a first visit to Split
Pros:

The location of this hotel is central and convenient for seeing the main sights, particularly Diocletian’s Palace. It is steps from many restaurants. Breakfast was good and complete. Staff were helpful. The hotel has a trim and clean look.
A plus is the historical significance of where the hotel is located in the palace; it was in the ancient baths.

Cons:

I’d say the price point is high for what you get in terms of the room and amenities. But that is tempered by the breakfast which was included in our stay, although I can’t remember if we paid extra for it. The room is pretty small for what we paid.
One note which is not a complaint about the hotel: you must walk into the old town which means you roll or carry your luggage over the old stone pavers. It is not far; it was not a problem for us but we had small roller luggage. Getting up the steps with heavy baggage could present a challenge for some.
Staff seemed helpful.

Cons:

Just outside our window there was an insane amount of noise from a restaurant/club adjacent to the hotel every evening we stayed there. From 10:00 pm to 2:30 am. Did not get one decent bight sleep.

Pros:

Right in the old town, easy to find (directions were pretty good). Staff is very friendly. Bedrooms are clean and feel quite modern.

Cons:

Breakfast is fine, but nothing very special.

Need more accessible plugs in the bedroom! An extension strip near the bed would be really good.

L accueil de la réception en particulier Ivana et une femme brune dont j ai oublié le nom. La propreté . La situation de l hôtel qui est vraiment centrale pour faire pleins d excursion. La gentillesse du personnel du petit déjeuner et la femme de ménage
