Pros:

Cerca del centro de la ciudad. Buena comunicación con el hotel ya que llegamos tarde y el check-in lo hicimos más tarde de lo previsto. Instalaciones bien para ser un hotel de 2 estrellas.

Cons:

Los alrededores no son muy agradables para llegar por la noche.

Nos gustó mucho que pudiéramos alojarnos con nuestra mascota, algo que valoramos mucho. También fue un detalle disponer de máquinas expendedoras de agua y snacks. La ubicación es muy buena, ya que está cerca de todo. Queremos destacar especialmente a Fernando, que nos recibió con mucha amabilidad y nos explicó qué visitar, dónde comer y nos dio muy buenas recomendaciones para disfrutar de la ciudad.

Cons:

La luz del sensor del techo parecía una luz V16 de emergencia: iluminaba mucho y por la noche resultaba molesta. La zona, no tuvimos incidentes.

El recepcionista del hotel era increíble! Nos explicó la ciudad en un momento! Nos recomendó sitios y fue super amable!

Habitación aceptable.

Cons:

La ubicación es horrible. Está en un barrio que hay de lo peorcito.
Para salir del hotel y no ir por malas zonas teníamos que alargar el camino y cambiar el recorrido.
El hotel estaba bastante desmejorado, se nota que falta una reforma.
Las camas no eran cómodas.
El baño estaba aceptable si no te fijabas mucho.

It was lovely and I'd recommend it to anyone traveling in the area.
Pros:

It was close to my daughter's apartment. The room was spacious, cool and clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful!!!

Cons:

Nothing! I ended up extending my stay an extra day and also booked an additional 4 days after I returned to Bilboa.
