A pesar de todo la pasamos bien
Pros:

La ubicación y el aire acondicionado

Cons:

No dieron desayuno a pesar que lo promueven, se quedaron con mi cédula y ni siquiera a la salida me la devolvieron tuve que mandarla a buscar luego.

Great deal. Don’t have high expectations as presented by the profile and you’ll be happy. Clean and comfortable.
Pros:

The location was incredible. Perfect. The hot water in the shower was nice too. Room was clean. Bathroom was clean. A/C worked well.

Cons:

The tv didn’t work. At all. The tile wall in the bathroom (outside of the shower) was always wet. My room key had to be reset twice in 3 days. The staff wasn’t rude kit they weren’t friendly. The morning guy was professional and matter of fact. The afternoon /night girl was bored silly. She spent most of her time sprawled out on the lobby couch on her cell phone. They only take cash. I paid and was due 200 pesos change and two days later I had to ask the morning guy for it because the girl who owed it just said “later” when I asked for it after 24 hours. Never got up off the sofa. Also, no breakfast. I was offered water at the fountain but there are no glasses. And the botellón was empty. Lastly, they have a funny way of converting dollars to pesos. My reservation said I owed $43 for my stay. Great deal. But they convert that at 65 pesos to $. Not the international rate of 57- or even 60. So they charged me $48. $5 didn’t ruin my trip but it’s the principle.

Peor Hotel de Santo Domingo
Pros:

Nada, tuve que retirarme porque reporté limpieza de la habitación, no fueron, agua en el piso, humedad, incomodidad, el personal no me atendió correctamente y encima no me quisieron hacer el reembolso de mis gastos, solo duré 2 noches de las 12 que había reservado.

Estaba advertida que no era un hotel moderno pero era justo lo necesario que necesitaba para descansar y pasar la noche.
Pros:

Lo flexible para con mi llegada. Me comuniqué 2 veces cambiado mi hora de llegada y me respondía siempre.

Cons:

Diría que el aire acondicionado.
