C'est une escroquerie !!!

Cons:

Une saleté repoussante, l'odeur d'un taudis insalubre.Chambre sans fenêtre qui n'a rien à voir avec l'annonce. Je ne sais même pas comment on peut oser se moquer du monde à ce point. J'ai pris une serie de photos éloquentes.

L’insalubrité de la chambre 101 le ménage pas fait pas de fenêtre odeur de moisissure le frigo coulait et ne fonctionnait pas et des visiteurs dans la nuit j’ai tué 2 cafards

Didn’t like it because the internet was not working
Pros:

Didn’t like anything was so bored in there because the internet was not working in the room, so when I needed to communicate I had to go to the front desk for it. Victor the man in the front desk was excellent i love him he helped me with my luggage and changed my room for another nice one. He is excellent.

They didn’t clean the room also the internet and tv dd not work.

Pros:

Primera vez q tengo tan mala experiencia reservando hoteles por Booking primero hice una solicitud de q llegaría más temprano y me dicen que es a disponibilidad ok entendí pero que pasa si estaba disponible la habitación y me dejaron esperando hasta la 1 exacto sin importar ver cómo llegue y como estaba y todo lo q suplique de paso el monto cobrado tuve q pagarlo obligado en dólares aparte de q me cobraron más el cambio o el vuelto me lo dieron en pesos y me pagaron el dolar a 50 yo solo me reí .
Espero q borren este hotel de su paquete de destinos xq solo se va a pasarlo mal

No me gustó nada tanto q salí de ahí antes de las 6 de la mañana y me quedé xq ya no podía irme a otro xq los que estaban cerca estaban llenos ya

Cons:

Falta de limpieza. Que por la habitación pasaba agua de un aire acondicionado hacia un desagüe. Que el lavamanos perdía agua. El desayuno. No servía el control remoto del televisor y no nos dieron otro. El hotel, pese a ser antigua la casa, tiene potencial, pero lo sentimos mal administrado.
