Prima voor 1 a 2 nachten.
Pros:

De ligging is dichtbij Venetië centrum met de bus. Bushalte op 2 minuten loopafstand. Naar het station Mestre is ongeveer 20 min lopen.

Cons:

Het hotel is gedateerd. Er zijn veel reparaties gedaan met tape.en de wc bril past niet op de pot.

Хотела е на броени метри от спирката на автобуса 53Е с който за 20 Мин. се стига до Венеция. Стаята е голяма, банята също. Леглата и възглавниците бяха удобни. Предлагат срещу 4 евро закуска която е кроасан, кафе и сок. Във фоайето
има автомат за вода и други неща. Персоналът беше любезен

Сейфът в стаята не работеше, тъй като не му били сменени батериите.

Overall, it was a good hotel and I was satisfied with my stay. The location was convenient, with good access to public transportation and shops nearby. The staff and reception team were also very friendly and welcoming. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and I believe the hotel has a lot of potential to be even better.

Cons:

The main issue I had was that the bathroom fixtures in my room (room 255) were broken. It would be great if the hotel paid more attention to maintaining and repairing the facilities, as this could make a big difference. Cleanliness could also be improved. For example, the curtain in my room had quite a lot of dust on it, and the room bin had not been cleaned after they came to change the toweld. Of course, every hotel has its own procedures and standards, but with a little more attention to maintenance and cleanliness, this hotel could be much better.

Очень хорошее расположение, рядом автобусная остановка, а также Lidl в пешей доступности

Cons:

Протекла крыша во время сильного дождя, но персонал максимально быстро решил эту проблему.
Коммуникация и решение проблемы на уровне.
В целом, без каких-либо жалоб.
Всё отлично, могу рекомендовать👍

Pros:

A value for money stay, the bus station is nearby. Also the Lidl is in a walkable distance. Staffs were very good and they done the room service once between our stay of 2 days. Good and peaceful locality. Overall the apartment is just fine.

la proximité avec la vieille ville ( 15 mns ) , l arrêt bus ( 53E ) étant à moins 200 m de l hôtel. Le prix étant de la chambre trés abordable.La tranquillité du quartier.
