Unbelievable friendly and helpful staff, great location, comfortable facilities! Super recommended!

A different hotel turned me away at the very last minute because they had no more rooms, and Hotel Berna welcomed me immediately, late at night, with the friendliest attitude I had ever seen. Nadia in particular- what a blessed human being! She arranged everything for us as if we were part of her family! That's the kind of attitude that a guest will never forget - I recommend Hotel Berna for anyone staying in Firenze! The location could not have been better; the room is super comfy, and the bathrooms are spacious. It's been recently renovated and getting in and out is super easy too!

Cons:

I always try to write something here, but in this case I honestly cannot think of anything. Everything was perfect! Again, I will never forget how Nadia helped us when we needed it most! Hotel Berna is the best!

Hotel excelente! Muito bem localizado, do lado da estação e a poucos passos do centrinho.
Muita opção de restaurante perto, dava pra fazer absolutamente tudo a pé.
Camas muito confortáveis e chuveiro top. O box é é meio apertadinho, se a pessoa foi muito grande pode ser difícil tomar banho.

Cons:

O quarto pra 4 adultos é muito pequeno, mas o preço compassava então como ficamos só 2 dias foi ok.

Pros:

La habitación cómoda y amplia, tenía todo lo que necesitábamos. Camas cómodas, buena limpieza. El servicio de Nadia fue estupendo, amable, atenta y muy servicial. La ubicación además era perfecta para conocer la ciudad a pie.

Comfortable, fun and I would stay here again for sure!
Pros:

Lovely location, walkable to most places or only a 20 euro drive back on a day I was really tired. I had my own little balcony and the room is basic but very comfortable. The hostess was also so lovely and helpful. She had my room ready early. I encourage you to book in advance and climb the Duomo. What an adventure. But make sure you can manage the amount of stairs! 463

Pros:

Location, breakfast, beds everything was very nice. Alina is super friendly she even had some DF and GF options for breakfast, coffee was delicious, and allowed us to store our luggage a few hours after checkout.
