Great location, beside tram and bus stop providing access (using some connections on fantastic Viennese transport system) to all city. Lovely, quiet and 'quirky' decorated rooms, with lift access (if needed). Very helpful reception staff, in particular, 'Alex' who gave a superb outline of how to approach our visit to the city and its key sites and eating establishments. Predominantly all accessible by foot (apart from out-of-town palaces). Breakfast facilities offered to online booking, but we did not utilise, as huge variety of cafes and restaurant in immediate vicinity. We also took opportunity for a day-trip to visit Bratislava (50min train trip).

Great location. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff who provided us with everything we needed to know about where to go. We only had one afternoon in Vienna and saw so much because of his great advice.

Bardzo miły hotel. Pokój był stylowy, przytulny, dobrze wyposażony i bardzo czysty. Personel był bardzo pomocny. Recepcjonista przy zameldowaniu przekazał nam duzo informacji o atrakcjach Wiednia, polecił restauracje i kawiarnie. Zostaliśmy także bardzo mile pożegnani przy wyjeździe. Lokalizacja hotelu jest fantastyczna, bardzo blisko centrum. W pobliżu znajduje się stacja metra, obok hotelu jest przystanek tramwajowy i autobusowy. W hotelu jest bardzo cicho. Jeżeli kiedyś wrócimy do Wiednia, to z pewnością zatrzymamy sie w tym hotelu.

Tesisin konumu çok iyiydi. Her yere yürüyerek ulaşabildik. Zaten personel de çok yardımcı oldu. yemek ve gezilecek rota olarak tavsiye verdiler. Check in yaparken de kahve ikram etmeleri çok ince bir davranıştı. Sonraki viyana seyahatlerimde sürekli tercih edeceğim bir tesis olur

This is a very nice, charming hotel. I was in Vienna for a conference, and the location was fantastic both for that and for seeing the city as it is a 15-minute walk from the fabulous museum district, or a 5-10-minute ride on the tram. It was also clean and quiet. Even though the tram passes right outside, it was not at all distracting. The staff were very responsive and helpful. It all felt very safe and easy.
Hotel Kugel was a wonderful choice for my stay in Vienna. The atmosphere is unique, almost fairy-tale-like, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Its location close to the city center and the parking just 2 minutes away were a real plus. What I appreciated most, though, was the kindness and constant support from the owners and staff — they made sure my stay was truly pleasant every step of the way. I highly recommend it!
