Location of this hotel was fabulous. Right near bus and tram stops that take you into the historic centre and onto subway stations for further travel. The hotel is near several supermarkets and restaurants. Hotel owners were exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful in providing recommendations. The room itself was small but sufficient. The bathroom was small. Security at the hotel was good as required a door code to get in which made for late night arrivals back to our room easy. Not much variety on TV channels.
Best thing about this hotel was the owners and the location.

Die Mitarbeitenden des Hotels sind unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war nostalgisch und trotzdem funktional und sauber. Ich bin immer froh, wenn es Wasserkocher und Kaffee in den Zimmern gibt. Das war vorhanden und was mich besonders überrascht und gefreut hat, war eine Piccoloflasche Sekt im Zimmer zur Begrüßung.
Dichtere Vorhänge, damit es wirklich dunkel ist im Zimmer (wenn die Sonne früh aufgeht), kleinere Reparaturen z.B. im Bad (Seifenhalter hängt schief an einer Schraube und kann nicht genutzt werden) und im Kleiderschrank sind nicht gemacht, das sollte aber kein großer Aufwand sein. Bei dem Zimmerpreis sollte sowas gemacht sein. Die Weitwinkel-Fotos lassen das Zimmer viel grösser erscheinen, als es effektiv ist. Das Zimmer roch nach altem Hotelzimmer.

It didn’t bother much because we were there for just 3 nights, but it would be nice to arrive with new towels and the bed made after a day exploring the city.
The staff was courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable about the city. They were responsive to emails and requests. I asked a crib and they delivered! Not only was there a crib waiting, but a sleep sack, blankets, and baby toys. They brought breakfast cappuccino and had sparkling wine waiting in the evening to help celebrate my birthday.

Fantastic location and lovely staff. They were very helpful. The room looks very cute, and the tram is right outside which is very convenient if you need it.
The cleanliness could be improved. It was not really bad and didn't affect my stay negativly, but at the price point I expect the rooms to be cleaned and not just have the towels moved around and the bed made. It would also be nice to restock the tea.

Tesisin konumu, resepsiyondaki beyfendinin yönlendirmeleri gayet iyiydi. Oda da havlu şampuan kurutma makinası gibi olanaklar vardı.
Bu tesisle ilgili bir durum değil, viyana pahalı bir şehir diğer avrupa ülkelerine de gittim ve hatta macaristanda yaşıyorum ama bu kadar otopark ve konaklama da yüksek fiyat sorununda 1. Sırada Viyana olur. Birkaç deneyimimi okuyanlarla paylaşmak istiyorum. Cumartesi pazar sokaktaki otopark alanları ücretsizmiş bilgimiz yoktu. ( her alan değil dikkat etmekte fayda var ) otopark alanı için 24 saatliğine 24 Euro ödeyebileceğim bir garage bulduk tavsiye ederim.( garage atterseehause) O civarlardaki otopark alanlarına göre daha uygun ve bu butik otele yürüyerek çok yakın.
Conveniently located in a busy area with lots of restaurants and cafes. There is a little bit of noise from happy people heading home at night, close the window and it wont disturb you. The tram outside the doorstep and a short walk to the underground. A 10 min walk to Museum Quartier. Atmosphere is friendly and casual. The corner suite we had was clean and romantic, the hotel renovated just enough with the old squeaky floors and original interior and windows in place. If you look for spotless and unpersonal new it's not for you. This is a family run pensione style boutique hotel. It was exactly as I remember it, stayed in the very same room 35 years ago. To me, invaluable.
