This hotel was the highlight of our Tuscany trip.
Pros:

We liked everything. The staff was helpful, we did our laundry there. The room and the views from the windows and from the hotel were even better than in the photos. A real Italian vibe, for a family run hotel. We were travelling with a baby, so we got a cot in the room, a kettle, a high chair in the breakfast area. The hotel has a lift to the reception.
The good thing was that we didn't need a car, the shuttle service took us to the train station or the city centre once a day and back, so we visited Levanto and the other two villages of Cinque Terre.
The view of the national park was breathtaking and the infinity pool was the best thing on hot days.
We had air conditioning, so it was possible to stay inside during the heat wave.

Cons:

The pool could have been open longer - from early morning after breakfast until late evening.
Now it’s from 10:30-19:30.
Also, the hotel has a couple of stairs, so I had to carry a stroller, but everything was fine.

Beautiful stay and would gladly return!
Pros:

Beautiful and spacious rooms that are clean and with comfortable beds. Fantastic breakfast. Pool was beautiful. Nice location in the hills and easy to get to Levanto.

Cons:

Great to have free parking but they then charge €5 per room for a shuttle service to Levanto (ie €10 for return). That can quickly add up. Staff at pool were not very friendly and kids under 14 can’t swim without an adult, would be good to know that beforehand!

Pros:

Cons:

La lumière émise par le climatiseur.

Pros:

Traditional hotel in a beautiful location with great views. We mostly used our car to travel - there was ample parking and it's only a short drive to levanto (parking in town was challenging though). Pool was very nice to escape the manic crowds of cinque terre

Cons:

Shuttle service stops in the middle of the day and needs to be booked an hour in advance - so takes a bit of planning if you plan to use this.

Will man wechseln, zahlt man 1€.
Grill-, Pizza-, spaghettiabend usw. Oliven etc.

Calm italian province
Pros:

You feel italian province in a nice quiet property, clean, with a beautiful pool between the olive trees. Very kind ladies that helped with the breakfast. We stayed only one night but really relaxed after a long trip.

fantastico
Pros:

Direi praticamente tutto...
