Dolce vita.
Pros:

Nous avons adoré l'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel, mais aussi des propriétaires, présents chaque matin.
Le lieu est calme, propre, soigné, facile d'accès pour rejoindre la gare de Levanto et ainsi visiter les Cinque Terre.
La piscine et le cadre sont très sympas, bien exposés, propres.
Le personnel parle aussi bien anglais que français, c'était très appréciable.

a relaxed and pleasant stay
Pros:

The location was nice, beautiful view. Rooms were clean and spacious. The AC was a bit noisy, considering that there was almost no outside noise.
All hotel employees were very helpful and polite.
One big downside is the missing restaurant, but you can have drinks on the terrase in the evening and the atmosphere is pleasant.
Considering that we visited in August, value for money was ok.

Hotel excelente e bem gerido, com muita qualidade.
Pros:

Tudo, desde a simplicidade, à limpeza, ao cuidado com todos os detalhes. Uma verdadeira surpresa muito agradável. O local é fantástico.

I found some of the staff quite rude. It was an upmarket bed and breakfast as opposed to an hotel. Would not stay there

It was clean and had lovely views. Good selection for breakfast

Cons:

The fact that when you pay over €300 for a room for the night you still get charged €10 per room for a return transfer to town. I feel the transfer should be included in the room rate. Also didn’t like the fact that as a group of 6 adults sitting on the terrace having a drink and playing cards, the lights were turned off without warning. Also found the staff quite slow about clearing the tables at breakfast time.

Geweldig hotel met een heerlijk ontbijt en rustige sfeer. Het uitzicht en het zwembad waren prachtig. De kamer was heel proper. Ook de locatie was perfect: uit de drukte, maar toch op slechts een 5-tal minuten rijden van het stadje/strand. Er is een shuttle aanwezig vanuit het hotel (deze is betalend).

Cons:

Het enige minpunt vond ik het gebrek aan geluidsisolatie. Geluiden uit de kamers naast en onder mij waren goed hoorbaar.

A really great stay in a tasteful location
Pros:

The hotel is out of town but runs a shuttle service at regular set times, all done through WhatsApp and really easy. The premises are really nice, clean and very well maintained, the rooms are tasteful super clean and have a fridge. Breakfast was great with a good range and quality food. Staff are friendly and really helpful. The pool area is particularly nice, with an infinity style main area and a smaller jet bath to one end, there is usually a gent available as they sell beers drinks and ice creams. It’s hard to find fault as you are certainly looked after here.

Cons:

It is a long way out of town and our first train was before the first shuttle slot so it’s a bit of a walk along a road with no path, you can get a local taxi but not sure on their pricing
