Excellent location
Pros:

The hotel is located right in the heart of the city and is very well connected by public transport. The room I stayed in was quite small, but clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay.

I would especially like to mention the young man at the reception who helped me a lot during my visit. I would like to publicly thank him — he was truly amazing! Kind, professional, and always ready to help.

In fact, besides its excellent location, the hotel’s greatest asset is definitely the people who work there.

Pros:

A localização é ótima! Na Praça Kléber, de onde vais a pé para praticamente todo ponto turístico em Strasbourg. A praça é bem agitada, até fiquei com receio de não poder dormir por causa do barulho. Mas não houve problema algum. Não sei se porque ficamos no 4° andar ou se o tratamento acústico era bom.
Café da manhã bom, funcionários muito simpáticos e era limpo

Cons:

O único ponto que nos incomodou foi acordar muito cedo por conta da claridade no quarto. As cortinas são apenas um tecido, não havendo um “blackout” e janelas de vidro. Eram duas janelas. Acho que é algo que pode ser solucionado. Foram dias bem ensolarados

Tres bien localiser, bonne air climatisé. Petit brunch bien si l’hôtel est pas toute réservé. Trop chaud dans le restaurant.
