I highly recommend this hotel
Pros:

The staff were wonderful and incredibly helpful. The location is just a couple of minutes away from the canal area on foot so you can be close to everything without being in the noisy middle. I loved the breakfast.

Cons:

The elevator is a little quirky, but no big deal.

Incómoda
Pros:

Me gustó la ubicación. Desayuno aceptable

Cons:

La habitación era muy pequeña para 3 personas y muy incómoda. El baño pequeño, la placa de ducha muy incómoda porque me daba con los brazos en el cristal al ser tan pequeña. Por las fotos me imaginé otra cosa, era mucho más pequeño todo de lo esperado. El ascensor tarda media vida en llegar al piso 3.

Overall disappointed although the staff tried to recompense for issues that let the place down.
Pros:

Great central location. Clean, today and spacious room.

Cons:

Air conditioner not working. No iron available. No bar open in the evening. Room service replenishing was hit & miss.
