Good location but facilities can be improved.
Pros:

Good location to the metro. Good value for money. Clean.

Cons:

Air conditioning was not turned on even though it promised on booking and it was above 30 degrees. They don’t lock the hotel door at the front and they don’t lock the doors entering group of rooms on the level. So anyone can walk in.

Suffisant pour une nuit.
Pros:

Personnel attentif, à l'écoute, serviable (ventilateur dans la chambre) Proche de l'atelier des lumières, quartier avec plein de commerces de proximité.

Cons:

Ascenseur en panne, tables de chevet en plastique, chambre et salle de bain exiguës. Prix un peu trop élevé.

L’angoisse !

Personnel de la réception et du petit dej agréable

Cons:

Les chambres individuelles sont des placards - pour un 3* à 160€ la nuit on peut s’attendre à une chambre petite certes mais pas une chambre aveugle où il n’y a pas de lumière du jour avec une petite fenêtre qui est juste présente pour la forme car elle s’entrouve à peine pour donner sur un puit de gaines techniques … et pas de clim’ - en période de canicule un ventilateur avec 0 renouvellement d’air = l’angoisse … attention aux personnes claustrophobes ou celles pas à l’aise dans les espaces confinés : crise d’angoisse assurée et sentiment d’oppression immédiat

Très agréable mais peu devenir exceptionnel avec peu d'effort
Pros:

Le personnel est très agréable et l'accueil parfait

Cons:

Petit déjeuner un peu juste pas d'œufs brouillés. Peu de fruits secs et de gâteaux.
Buffet un peu chiche au regard du prix de 12 euros
Pas de climatisation installée dans la chambre.

Quarto sem ar condicionado, em plena vaga de calor em Paris.
Chuveiro precisa ser renovado... Cortina do chuveiro demasiado comprida, tapando o ralo do banho, obrigando estar constantemente a afastar a cortina o que fazia com que água fosse para o chão, molhando o chão.
