They are selling same rooms to multiple people, we got already booked room and almost did not get a room that we paid months before our arrival.
Immeuble assez mal entretenu dans l ensemble. Ampoules de liseuses hors service, rideau de douche dégueulasse, couloir exigü, chambre petite. Pas de climatisation.
The location is quite good, and the metro station is quite close to move around Paris.

The smell of sewer the whole time we we're there. No screens on the windows, the bathroom was so small it didn't have a toilet paper holder, no exhaust fan in the washroom. Floor was full of dust under the bed and desk as well as the coffee maker full of dust
Solo per la posizione questo hotel guadagna un sacco di punti, avevamo 3 diverse metro a soli 5 min a piedi. Hotel molto carino all'interno, ottimo per un soggiorno di 4/5 notti. Asciugamani, se informavi la reception, cambiati tutti i giorni.
Le camere sono un pò piccoline e strette, bagno molto molto piccolo
L'emplacement et le personnel très aimable, le lit est confortable
La salle de bain est minuscule, la douche est hyper cassé gueule et le rideau traîne au fond du bac. Pour ce prix là on pourrait espérer une douche plus confortable, avec une vitre et non un vieux rideau qui colle aux fesses. La porte de la chambre est voilée et on voit un jour sur le côté.
