Personalmente, anche spendendo qualcosa in più, sceglierei un’altra struttura.
Pros:

La posizione è stata davvero ottima per spostarsi in città, metro e fermata bus a pochi metri di distanza. Vicino ci sono negozi in cui fare spesa per un pranzo veloce (anche se non c’è la cucina).

Cons:

Pulizia non molto buona. I cuscini avevano un forte odore di fritto e nel bagno c’erano peli ovunque, una cosa davvero poco piacevole. La stanza era molto piccola e facevamo fatica a trovare spazio anche solo per appoggiare le cose, ma questo alla fine è stato il problema minore.

L'emplacement proche du lieu d'habitation de ma fille

Cons:

Salle de bain/toilettes tres petite : faut pas etre tres grand !
Beaucoup trop bruyant : les clients sont égoïstes et ne pensent pas aux autres (portes qui claquent, parler fort dans le couloir) c'est assez désagréable
Ascenseur en panne (chambre au 5e étage) ça aurait été correct de prévenir les clients

Pros:

Si trova in un quartiere abbastanza tranquillo, ed è distante dalla metro circa 10 minuti a piedi. Ci sono boulangerie ottime nelle vicinanze.

Cons:

Le camere, soprattutto i bagni, sono molto piccoli. Il prezzo non è molto economico, ma per lo standard di Parigi è fattibile. Un problema principale è che non c’è aria condizionata, solo un ventilatore pieno di polvere.

Pour un séjour court c'est bien.
Pros:

Nous avons séjourné une nuit. Nous avons apprécié le quartier, la chambre est petite ce qui ne pose pas de problème pour une nuit. La moquette a été changée pour du parquet ce qui est bien. Nous avons bien dormi.

Cons:

La taille de la salle de bain. Impossible de se mettre sur le toilette de face, je n'imagine même pas pour une grande personne (pas assez d'espace entre le toilette et le mur)... (désolée mais l'architecte s'est planté)

Everything is well organised. Yes tinny, but well managed.

Cons:

No AC, but that's expected. Hairdryer did not work and the fan could've been cleaned, loads of dust.
