Un paradiso in centro città
Pros:

Tutto. È un piccolo paradiso in centro città. Tutto lo staff è stato a disposizione di noi e, in particolare, Roberta ci ha coccolato durante la domenica mattino.
Le camere sono insoronizzate e dalla nostra c’era una bellissima vista che dava sulla piscina.
Le struttura è di origine nobiliare, ma è stata ristrutturata da pochi anni.

Cons:

È andato tutto benissimo, forse l’unica problematica è il parcheggio. Per un forestiero e difficoltoso trovare parcheggio nella discesa in cui sita l’albergo.

Un piacevole angolo di relax

Struttura meravigliosa in ogni sua parte, tutto curato e pensato nel minimo dettaglio. Dagli spazi comuni a le camere private, nulla è lasciato al caso. Personale gentilissimo molto dolce e disponibile anche con i piccoli ospiti.. la chicca della struttura è la piscina, immersa in un angolo di verde che non ti aspetti nel cuore del centro storico. Tutto perfetto per un fine settimana di relax

Cons:

Se devo trovare una pecca, avrei gradito una colazione più abbondante, forse poca scelta, i prodotti anche se di grande qualità erano pochi .

Pros:

Non mi aspettavo potesse essere così bella! Lo spazio interno — nel pieno centro storico di Ragusa — è grandissimo e super rilassante. La cura nei dettagli, i pavimenti in pietra pece e la pulizia sono davver
o strabilianti. Inoltre, a pochi passi si trovano la cattedrale e una scalinata stupenda che porta direttamente a Ibla.

Prachtig hotel, beetje verscholen aan het eind van een schuin aflopend straatje op de grens tussen Ragusa bovenstad en Ragusa Ibla. We hadden een standaardkamer geboekt, maar tot onze vreugde gaf frontdeskmanager Matteo ons een hele fijne upgrade. Een mooie kamer op de tweede verdieping met vanuit drie ramen uitzicht op het dal, Ragusa Ibla, de parkachtige tuin beneden en het zwembad. We hebben er twee dagen lang elke minuut van genoten. ‘s Avonds lekker gegeten in restaurant Scala del Gusto - ligt om de hoek van het hotel, een paar minuten lopen - buiten op het terras met schitterend uitzicht over de oude stad.

A beautifully restored villa in a great position

The authenticity and the district plus a great relaxing pool and terrace

Cons:

There was nothing to dislike but it just needed a bit more attention to detail - no hooks for towels in the bathroom, not enough fresh fruit for breakfast and quite minimal, the beds need toppers as they are very hard too, no pool towels offered, we had to ask reception to change the aircon setting

Estancia maravillosa en Ragusa
Pros:

Nos gustó todo. La habitación y el desayuno excepcionales. Matteo fue muy amable y nos hizo sentir como en casa. La chica que nos recibió también. El hotel es una antigua casa espectacular con una piscina estupenda y un restaurante fantástico a cien metros. Para volver.
