Pros:

Amazing and very accommodating staff! Comfy bed, old-school, cozy charm of a place.

Cons:

Just wish there was a comfy chair to sit in, but recognize the space is tight/limited.

The suite looked newly remodelled and the building is privately owned. The owner checked us in.
Pros:

The room was fine and fresh. Parking was close by.

Cons:

Third floor with no elevator. Would have been great to have breakfast and parking included in the price.

Small hotel rooms in the city , close to old Montreal , easy to walk around.
Pros:

Nice hotel rooms , cozy and clean. Has everything you need on the kitchen.

Cons:

We stayed two nights and they didn’t come to clean, change towels ect. We took the garbage out ourselves, and we had no garbage bags anymore.

Pros:

Clean rooms. Air conditioning worked well. There were few guests so the property was quiet.

Cons:

The entrance way stair carpets were filthy. There was little to nothing for TV channels .

Comfortable rooms with a kitchenette in an excellent location. Walking to downtown was quick & easy
Pros:

The location of this hotel is excellent. Quick access by foot to Plateau and to Place des Arts, so downtown. The room was comfortable with a queen size bed and a pull out sofa bed. We were able to park on site for an additional cost and it was easy to get in and out of the parking area.

Cons:

Some things in the apartment/room need to be fixed, like the toilet, which rocks when one sits on it. The first day the heat pump was leaking water.
