Great Hotel in Nice Area
Pros:

Me (60 YO female) and my daughter (18 YO) spent 6 nights at this quaint hotel. We had a small balcony which we sat outside each night and had take out dinner while we watched the activity in the area - so nice after a long day of walking. Quiet area at night. The staff was super nice and helpful. Sunday nights were very quiet in the area and some shops were closed - not a big deal just something to note. The hotel was super close to the Vaneau Metro Station which was so convenient for getting around Paris. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Boutique in Great Location
Pros:

Hôtel Vaneau is a lovely little boutique hotel in Saint Germain and just steps away from the Metro. The rooms are cozy and super comfortable, and the staff are friendly and always so helpful. This hotel is going on my list of great places to stay in Paris!

Excellent hotel
Pros:

Staff were friends and helpful; they went above and beyond for us. Hotel is in the perfect location: there was a grocery store next to us, cafes, pubs, post office bank machine (I googled in advance what bank machines do not charge fees), and the metro station. We were also within walking distance of attractions such as the Eiffel Tower and Cathedral Notre Dame.
