great reception staff, great location, lovely balcony, cool and quiet
Pros:

Reception staff were very friendly and always happy to answer any questions and available 24 hours. They were fluent in English but also patient with my French. Location is a short walk from 2 subway stations and a direct subway line from Gare du Nord station if arriving from the Eurostar and in the heart of Marais with many places to eat nearby. Cold water refill station near hotel entrance was very conveniant. Did not have hotel breakfast but it appeared fresh with a good variety of options. Room is small but storage is well planned and had a full size shower. Room had a lovely small French balcony. Despite 35 degree temperature in Paris our room was cool and comfortable and very quiet.

Cons:

We had 2 carry on suitcases which room could accomdate but room would have been tight if we had full size suitcases.

It was a great stay. I’d stay there again and recommend the hotel to others.
Pros:

The location was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. The artwork and design in the rooms were lovely.

Cons:

For the price, the property seemed a bit run-down - carpets could be replaced, trim work could be refreshed and painted, lobby furniture was old and somewhat stained. It cost $400 per night for 3 people and breakfast. It just seems like a high price for a three star hotel.

Wonderful family stay
Pros:

Perfect location waking up to see the ocean. A short drive to the city. Wonderful breakfast. The white Lego bricks in the lobby are a nice touch for the family. We enjoyed the stroll on the beach and the infinity loop bridge in the water. Family’s favorite stay.

Lovely Marais stay
Pros:

Great location - very handy to the Marais restaurants and shopping and metro Saint Paul. The air conditioning was a saviour too during the heatwave. Nice breakfasts each day and helpful staff too. The rooms are compact. No mini fridges in the room anymore. Site says they have them but needs to be updated.

Charming Parisian Hotel
Pros:

A charming, atmospheric Parisian hotel in the heart of Marais, perfectly located off Rue Saint Antonie. Plenty of boutiques, cafes, restaurants and a vibrant nightlife. The room was typically smallish but not uncomfortably so, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom clean. A great and affordable stay.

Our only complaint is that someone – Expedia? the Hotel? – canceled our initial reservation in error, hours before we were due to arrive, without any prior or timely post notice, even though it was a pay-at-the-hotel reservation. Luckily, we inadvertently learned of the error in time to made other arrangements until we could get our rooms back. But it could have been a disaster – imagine showing up at the hotel only to find your rooms are gone! That should have been avoided.
