Bra läge med kanal och restauranger direkt i närheten. Charmigt litet hotell. Bra frukost.

Ingen balkong/uteplats vilket gjorde att det kändes lite instängt. Hård säng.

Excelente localização, em uma região tranquila e muito conveniente para explorar Veneza. O atendimento foi sempre muito cordial e eficiente, com respostas rápidas antes e durante a estadia. O que mais me impressionou foi o excelente estado de conservação do hotel. Apesar de funcionar em um edifício histórico, tudo estava muito bem cuidado, limpo e confortável, sem qualquer aspecto que comprometesse a experiência. Foi uma hospedagem que superou nossas expectativas, e voltaríamos com prazer.

Cons:

Não houve nenhum ponto negativo relevante durante a nossa estadia.

Pros:

Ottima posizione, tranquilla e ben posizionata per spostarsi tramite traghetti, con una fermata molto vicina. Personale gentile e preparato, buona colazione e pulizia.

Cons:

Ci è stata assegnata una stanza al pian terreno, finestre piccole e molto buia, molto differente da quanto mostrato in foto in fase di acquisto e sotto le aspettative.

Gut gelegen und entspannt zu erreichen.
Pros:

Liegt in etwas ruhigeren Viertel. Vapretto sehr nah.

Cons:

Frühstücksraum leider klein und voll. Aber ganz liebes Personal.Die Fassade könnte mal einen neuen Anstrich vertragen ;-)

wspaniały pobyt w stylowym palazzo
Pros:

piękne, stylowe wnętrza, wygodne łóżko, miła obsługa, wygodne rozwiązanie wejścia wieczorem, dobre knajpy wokół, blisko do dworca i do vaporetto, dobre śniadanie, świetna kawa, owoce, winda. Naprawdę udany pobyt, świetny wybór.

Air condition was not working, light kept cutting off. The bed spread was torn & old,matress was old

Glad they had the elevator. Our room was facing the water away

Cons:

The breakfast was not all that great. Had to ask for bread and cheese!! They served limited quantity in a small basket. Not enough room for all the guests to sit. Was very warm in the BF area, no AC!!

The location is good and it’s easy to get anywhere in Venice, which was definitely a plus.

The room was average and felt rather dark. We stayed on the ground floor, so there was no view and the atmosphere wasn't particularly cozy. There was nothing specifically wrong with the room- it was clean and functional- but we have stayed in much more charming places in the past.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the air conditioning worked well, which was appreciated, especially during warm weather.

Overall, it was a decent stay with no major complaints, but the overall atmosphere didn't make it a memorable experience.

Pros:

Ligging, ruim en schoon. Rustige buurt en dichtbij het station of de garage als je met de auto komt. Late check-in was ook heel fijn. Fijne douch

Het is wel echt oud oud. Leek wel alsof ik 30
Jaar terugging. Airco trok het echt net aan toen wij er waren, soms vond ik het wel een beetje te warm. Het was toen buiten wel 34 graden bijna.. De kussens zijn erg plat
