Pros:

Lovely authentic hotel. Close to the station and the public canal buses.

Cons:

Sadly the hotel is next door to a very popular bar/cafe. Our first night wasn't too bad. But our second night was very noisy, hard to sleep when the mouse carried on til at least 2am.

Pros:

Мне все понравилось. Номер хороший, расположение неплохое. Рядом остановка вапоретто (я специально выбирала отель рядом) , кафе возле канала. Немного дальше, через мост - супермаркет Spar в красивом старинном здании. Особенно понравилось освещение в номере. В отелях в основном светильников немного для общего освещения комнаты. А здесь приятно было увидеть люстру на потолке. Завтрак обычный, но вполне приемлемый, как и было написано на сайте.

Cons:

Из своего опыта посещения французских гостиниц я поняла , что все, что находится в мини-баре (напитки)и в номере вообще (чай, кофе, печенье)является бесплатным. Платишь в том случае, если что-то заказываешь дополнительно. Поэтому я даже не спрашивала цену напитков. А зря, оказалось, что все в этом отеле платно. Кстати, карта с ценами была засунута за телевизор, я её увидела, когда собирала свои вещи перед отъездом. Так что имейте это ввиду. Это не жест гостеприимства, как я подумала. Поэтому - минус за спрятанную от гостей карту.

Pros:

Très bon emplacement, pas très loin de la gare et de la rue principale des boutiques, tout en restant dans un lieu calme niveau foule.
Le petit bar à proximité est très sympa et propose de bon cocktails, faut juste pas être trop couche tôt ou alors avoir un bon sommeil.
Le petit déjeuné est bien, mais pas fabuleux, il pourrait proposer de vrai jus d'orange.

Cons:

Le prix, notamment en lien à la prestation fournie du petit déjeuné et de chambre qui est sympa mais sans plus avec une salle de bain qui demanderai bien un coup de fraicheur.
Mais j'imagine que le prix est lié à la haute saison qui fait augmenter tout les établissements x2.

Easy and convenient
Pros:

Very convenient location near the train station but in a quiet beautiful part of Venice. Simple to get to from sea taxi. Nice restaurants as soon as you walked out the door. Had an elevator available.

L'hotel è in un'ottima posizione, vicino alla stazione, in una strada tranquilla. Camera spaziosa e letti comodi.

Cons:

La camera meriterebbe un pò più di attenzione alla manutenzione: la prima sera dal chiusino in bagno risaliva acqua (il problema è stato risolto il girono dopo), durante il temporale dal lucernario gocciava acqua

Schöne Lage am Kanal. Kurze Wege zum Bahnhof und Piazzale Roma. Toller Blick, aber nicht von allen Zimmern. Gediegenes Frühstück.

Cons:

Zimmer sind eher klein und manches bedarf einer Renovierung.
