Great hotel to experience Sestri Levante
Pros:

Staff was very kind and helpful.
Excellent location literally two steps away from the beach.
Good breakfast.

Cons:

Would deserve a little renovation even the kitch style has it’s charm

Ubicación excelente!!

Cons:

Habitaciones muy pequeñas. La ducha pequeñisima que casi no se cabia. Si levantabas los brazos para lavarte el pelo los codos chocaban con la pared. Todo el hotel esta muy anticuado. En nuestra cama, de colchón salía un muelle que si estirabas los pies te podías hacer daño. De acuerdo que pagas ubicación pero es muy caro para como es el hotel. No volveremos.

Autentisk og sjarmerende hotell med fantastisk personale
Pros:

Utrolig hyggelig personale, rene omgivelser, god service, kort vei til stranden/spisesteder og gode senger. Personalet hadde forståelse for at vi var en småbarnsfamilie med mye bagasje/vogner. Hvis du reiser uten små barn er dette det perfekte hotellet for avslapning og ro - og vi kommer helt klart tilbake i fremtiden!

Cons:

Frokosten hadde absolutt "alt", utvalget var stort, men middels kvalitet. Jeg savnet f.eks grønnsaker og brød av god kvalitet.

Werden dieses Hotel nie mehr buchen!
Pros:

Die Lage war super. Wenige Mirarbeiter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Pool war gepflegt.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage war kathastrophal, von einer Kühlung ist hier nicht die Rede. Abzug im Bad hat auch nicht funktioniert - die Dusche ist nicht geeignet für Personen über 1.70m. Zimmer sehr klein. Das Fenster konnte in der Nacht nicht geöffnet werden, viel zu laut vor dem Hotel & die ganze Nacht war draussen Licht. Zu unserem Zimmer war kein Lift vorhanden, sehr verwinkelt & sehr enge Gänge - die Reinigungskräfte mussten alles hochschleppen, was mir sehr leid tat. Mehrheit des Personals war sehr unfreundlich, dies vorallem beim Buffet am Morgen, keine Platzzuweisung oder beachtung des Personals. Bereits eine Stunde vor Schliessung des Buffets keine Rühreier mehr. Das Geschirr war mehrheitlich nicht sauber. Der Preis viel zu hoch! Das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen.

Pros:

La gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale e la colazione eccezionale!

Cons:

La dimensione della stanza era un po' piccola ma era una prenotazione economy. Stando in giro tutto il giorno, utilizzata solo per dormire è stata comunque perfetta.

A planned one night stay in a fairytale kingdom that was more of a bad dream.
Pros:

Wonderful location. Very short walk (2mins) to the Bay of Silence. Great views from the rooftop terrace. Very close (5 mins) to a pedestrianised street with many good restaurants and the Bay of Fairy Tales promenade which also had great restaurants. The outside pool area looked amazing, as did the indoor pool area. The outside restaurant for breakfast looked amazing too. Our bedroom was very quiet.

Cons:

This is mostly about the weather. There was a terrible storm whilst we were staying - we stayed one night only - and this was when the storm was. The outside pool had to be closed (of course) as did the rooftop terrace and breakfast had to be indoors. There was nothing the hotel could do about this. Unfortunately, the indoor pool was closed for repairs so we were unable to use this either. I like to think that if it was my hotel, I would have offered all guests a complimentary drink as, although the weather was out of their control, the indoor pool closure was not.

Excellent!
Pros:

I had a fantastic stay.
Attention to detail is everywhere.
The pool area is lovely and the views from the hotel are amazing.
Many reviews mention the wonderful staff and this is where the hotel really stands out.

Cons:

The single room on the too floor is quite small but has a small balcony with a beautiful view over the bay. The other single room is bigger but I wouldn’t mind compromising on space for the view.
