Breakfast was spectacular, among the best ever experienced, personally. Great location, great valet parking service. Corteous and cooperative staff.

The bathroom was really small, below expectations for the price paid and for the overall level of the hotel facilities, which appear nevertheless in need of refurbishment in some areas.

Okropny i zaniedbany hotel. Straszna obsługa. 1300 euro za dramatyczny pobyt. Odradzam
Cons:

Bardzo zaniedbany hotel z okropną obsługą. Na wejściu okazało się, że nie ma pokoju, który zarezerwowaliśmy. Próbowano nam wmówić, że dostajemy upgrade do lepszego. Po zameldowaniu okazało się, że zamiast klasycznego pokoju, za który płaciliśmy 300 euro za dobę dostajemy ciasny pokój na poddaszu ze skosami utrudniającymi poruszanie się. Po zwróceniu wagi recepcjonistka Barbara przestała był miła. Gdy nie odpuszczaliśmy zaproponowała nam apartament w sąsiednim budynku, który miał jeszcze niższy standard. Zostaliśmy przyparci do muru „bierzesz to albo nic”. Nie zgodzili się na bezkosztową anulację rezerwacji. Hotel ma świetną lokalizację ale czasy świetności za sobą. Wszystko jest stare, zużyte, zniszczone. Obsługa po za praktykantami jest nie sympatyczna, nie wita się, obsługuje podczas śniadania tylko Włochów, sprzątając wali sztućcami i talerzami. Goście ewidentnie przeszkadzają. W korytarzu prowadzącym do niby apartamentu śmierdzą kubły ze śmieciami. Apartament wyposażony w stare meble, zużytą armaturę, drzwi od kabiny prysznicowej rozpadają się. Czujemy się oszukani. Obsługa i hotel jest zaprzeczeniem włoskiej gościnności i 4 gwiazdowych hoteli. Dopłacasz za każdą dobę: 30 euro za parking, 15 euro za psa (nie dostajesz posłania ani miski, pies nigdzie nie może wejść, nie chcą sprzątać pokoju). Recepcjonistka rozkłada ręce za każdym razem gdy o coś prosiliśmy lub zgłaszaliśmy. Najgorszy hotel we Włoszech za 1300 euro

Overall pleasant experience
Pros:

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. The location was excellent, and we made great use of the facilities, which made for a very relaxing experience. The rooms were spacious, private, and well equipped.

Cons:

The staff member preparing the eggs at breakfast was not very welcoming and also unresponsive when I asked questions.

Pros:

Mi è piaciuta la posizione. A due passi letteralmente dalla Baia del silenzio. Vicinissimo al centro. I servizi come la piscina di acqua di mare inclusi ed aperta dalle 9 alle 19.00. La colazione varia ed abbondante. La camera pulita ed accessoriata senza vista, al piano terra, ma credo che siano le camere che tengono per prenotazioni all'ultimo minuto. I servizi comunque sono a disposizione di tutti i clienti . Personale disponibile h 24.

Cons:

In realtà nulla in particolare. Abbiamo passato solo una notte, ci torneremo sicuramente. Vale il prezzo,.. anche quello del parcheggio vista la difficoltà di parcheggio in loco.

Lovely location, cool town, poor room.
Pros:

The staff, especially the guy that parked the car and helped with luggage were super friendly. The location is fantastic and the facilities in general are good.

Cons:

The room was half underground and despite the fact there was an ac, it was spectacularly positioned behind not one, but two sets of curtains. I’m sure the window was perfectly cool, however the room resembled a basement greenhouse which made it impossible to sleep. But probably great for cultivating plants.
