First choice for my El Gouna stay
Pros:

This facility never disappointed me and in every visit they go an extra step to fulfill our needs. Starting with the nice cheerful welcoming from the bell man, the great hospitality and professionalism of the front disc staff, just to mention that we were group of 3 couples and they worked hard to fulfill our needs regarding the rooms and putting us close to each other. The renovated rooms are great, spacious and very modern. Breakfast is super with huge varieties. Nice views and great Location. Special thanks to Anna the guest relations manager for her great work looking after every detail of guests needs and making sure through out our stay that all our needs are fulfilled with a nice smile.

Everything is to adore in this hotel. Nothing is to much trouble. The food 5 *. Staff are pleasant, helpful and funny 😁 . Cleanliness is at the upmost. Stayed here 4 times and it just gets better. Thankyou to everyone for making my experience and amazing one. X

5 yıldızlı ama benim için 7 yıldızlı bir otel çünkü sadece konfor değil deneyim de sunuyor.

Misafir ilişkileri memuru , tüm otel çalışanları aşırı yardımsever ve pozitifler. Herkes size yardımcı olmaya çalışıyor ve bunu içtenlikle yapıyor. Çalışma imkanları nasıl bilmiyorum ancak güzel şeyleri hak ediyorlar çünkü onlar oteli çok sahipleniyorlar ve zorunda oldukları için değil orayı kendi evleri gibi ve sizi de evlerinde misafir eder gibi karşılıyorlar. Beni çok şaşırttı bu durum ve çok etkiledi.

Yemekler gerçekten lezzetli asla aç kalmazsınız. Tatlıları muhteşem. Odalar geniş ve kullanışlı. Geceleri sessiz rahat bir uyku çekersiniz. Güvenli, hem el gouna hem de otel. Bir kişi bile size kötü gözle bakmaz ve iyi olmanızı ister. Temizliği gayet iyi. Mini barı yeterli. Akşam eğlencesi var küçük programlar ancak iyi. Otel marketi çalışanları güler yüzlü ve kibar.
