Sunny days in paradise
Pros:

Breakfast was great. There is something for everybody. My friend had a birthday and the hotel had her table decorated and staff was singing her a birthday song and brought the cake. She felt so spoiled. Staff at the hotel is very service minded and friendly. They learn your name and make your stay very comfortable. Liked the library. The hotel fragrance is very nice.
Location is excellent. It is easy to walk along marina or take tuk-tuk to downtown.
Location of our room on the ground floor with big terrace was great too.

Cons:

The guests are smoking a lot. It could be nice if the smoking areas are not next to the restaurants.
Laundry was not ready in 24 hours but came back nicely packed. Hotel should rewrite the instruction form.
The pool entertainment personal could be more active and sportive.

Fantastic place, will definitely go back

Amazing location, very friendly staff, and excellent food. The fresh grilled dishes prepared by Chef Sayed were particularly outstanding. Special thanks to Sayed and Ahmed at the pool bar, who were incredibly helpful and always friendly throughout our stay. Their hospitality really made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Pros:

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The location was excellent, the hotel was spotless, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. The buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes.

A special thanks to the reception staff member who selected a perfect room for us—it exceeded our expectations and made our stay even more enjoyable. Throughout our visit, the staff were always helpful, welcoming, and smiling.

Everything was perfect, and the hotel offers outstanding value for money. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to staying again.

Cons:

Only one thing that can be improved; would be the sound insulation of the window and terrace door. At night, music from a nearby bar/nightclub could be heard quite clearly from the room. Better noise insulation would make the stay even more comfortable.
But it didn't ruin the stay !
