Pros:

The service in the restaurant was excellent. Attendants (specially Arthur) were very helpful and sympathetic with us since beginning. It helped us to feel like a valued tourist. Good food, nice breakfast, good coffee.

Seulement l'emplacement,c'est pratique pour une visite courte

Je suis arrivée le soir, fatiguée vers 11h , l'agent de réception n'avait pas une idée sur les chambres libres, il a fait l'effort pour me donner une chambre loin du bruit. Il m'a donné une chambre au 4 étage, je monte avec les valises pour trouver une chambre occupée avec des chaussures et des chaussettes à côté de la porte. Le lit est dans état de Bordel. Je suis descendue en urgence, le Mr de la réception s'est excusé, mais le staff qui occupe la chambre, pour lui c'est normal. Il m'a donné une autre chambre, le matelas était comme une éponge,mon dos le matin m'a fait trop mal , j'ai une machine de respiration , j'étais obligée de changer de position car les prises de courant étaient non fonctionnelles , j'ai demandé d'annuler la réservation pour ces raisons, le staff a franchement menti comme quoi j'étais agressive et je hurle dans la rue pour vendre la chambre et du blabla blablabla,je voyage beaucoup,est la première fois que je me trouve dans cette situation avec un personnel non professionnel, et la chose qui m'a touché le plus,les mensonges gratuites .

“Poorly Maintained and Unhygienic”

I only liked the location of this hotel as it was very easy to find and in the city centre which made it easier

Cons:

Very disappointing stay. The room was extremely small for two people, poorly maintained, and several things were broken, including the light and fan. The frame/canvas even fell on us during the night. The bathroom and toilet were dirty, hygiene was poor, and there were no basic amenities like an iron or proper hangers. One of our bed didn't even had duvet; only the cover. The receptionist was also unhelpful and had a poor attitude.

Promenade en ville super et resto Le Riad très bon. Dommage mauvaise nuit café en face bruyant!

Bon petit déjeuner . Pas loin de la gare et lignes de transports en commun. Commerces et restos à proximité.

Cons:

Tapage nocturne établissement en face jusque tôt le matin suivant. Trop de bruit, impossible de dormir.
