Pros:

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay thanks to the unbeatable location, stunning views, and peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were large and beautiful, the outdoor pool and 5-star beach access were fantastic, and the staff were super friendly. We also loved the great bar service and the incredible, all-inclusive breakfast.

Cons:

we were quite disappointed that the spa and indoor pool access came with a hefty extra fee. While special treatments like massages are expected to be paid extras, charging guests separately just to use the indoor pool does not feel fitting for a 5-star hotel.

Una posizione favolosa
Pros:

La location è sicuramente uno dei punti di forza: affacciata sulla Ría de Vigo, circondata dal verde e con una bellissima atmosfera, permette di godere di tranquillità e panorami davvero piacevoli.

Gli ambienti sono eleganti e la struttura conserva un fascino importante, anche se a mio parere alcuni dettagli meriterebbero un refresh per essere pienamente all’altezza del livello dell’hotel.

Ho apprezzato particolarmente il benvenuto trovato in camera, un’attenzione che fa sempre piacere e che contribuisce a far sentire l’ospite accolto fin dall’arrivo.

Molto buona anche la colazione, varia e di qualità.

Cons:

Meno convincente, nella mia esperienza, il servizio della Spa, dal quale mi sarei aspettata qualcosa in più considerando il posizionamento della struttura. Non ha compromesso il soggiorno, ma è sicuramente l’aspetto che mi ha colpita meno

Cons:

Que el servicio de habitaciones sirva una tapa de jamon pero no una copa, cuando el bar del hotel cierra a las 23:00 lo que obliga a no usar este servicio y tener que desplazarse fuera, no es la primera vez que vamos a este establecimiento pero si la ultima.
