Pros:

When I arrived at the hotel, I was given a room that already had another guest staying in it. I had to wait for another room. When I finally got to the new room, there was no heating, and it was unbearably cold. The bed sheets were stained with blood, and the noise throughout the night made it impossible to sleep.

Absolutely unacceptable. The room was in a disgraceful condition: a blocked bathroom drain, a hole in the bathroom door, and most of the lights not working. This is not the standard of accommodation anyone should have to pay for. When we complained, the hotel claimed it was fully booked and couldn’t offer us another room, leaving us with no reasonable alternative. The fact that repairs were only offered for the following day and no refund was offered says it all. Poor maintenance, poor experience, and a complete lack of an immediate solution. We would strongly advise others to think twice before booking this hotel. The fact that Booking.com continues to list and promote accommodation in such unacceptable condition raises serious questions about its quality standards and the properties it chooses to work with.

pessimo muri staccati e un pezzo di soffitto che mancava, ho trovato anche un verme sul muro

tutto era sporchissimo tutto, portone sempre aperto, ho avuto un sacco di difficoltà nel ricevere i codici non mi era stato soiegato niente, le foto sono ingannevoli non centrano nulla su come è realmente 😂 ho alloggiato solamente una notte e poi mi sono sentita di dover cambiare posto così ho effettuato una prenotazione in un altro hotel per le due notti successive

Horrible.
Pros:

Nothing much

Cons:

There was no fridge in the room so i asked and they put my Insulins and medication that needed to be refrigerated in their fridge in a locked room. Even though i provided my departure date and hour and multiple communication through email (as it was the only mode of communication with them) they
did not respond and I could not retire my medications which caused me to be hospitalized
