Comfortable, relaxing home base in a great location.
Pros:

Very restful hotel in the midst of the noise and chaos of Rome. Great location near the Trevi Fountain and Pantheon. Every member of the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with convenient hours.

Cons:

Our door was very hard to close and lock/unlock.

Another great stay at this hotel
Pros:

This hotel is in an excellent location to just use the Barberini metro stop. It’s still handy to walk everywhere but not as crowded. The hotel is very nice - large rooms, modern fixtures.

Pros:

The hotel was nice and the location was perfect. The only issue we had was upon check out. They tried to charge us an additional cleaning fee/service charge for our guide dog, which under Italian law is illegal. The front desk person threatened to not let us leave the building without paying this fee. He didn’t care what the law said. He finally got his supervisor on the phone who agreed to drop the charges, but not happily.

Hospedagem excelente
Pros:

Equipe muito atenciosa e educada. A localização é excelente, próximo da Fontana de Trevi com restaurantes bons e uma rua animada próxima.

Staff ótimo, café da manhã bem servido e com uma super atenção das meninas, construção do século XV com um charme rústico. Ótima localização, no fervo turístico, mas as janelas vedam bem o barulho.

Cons:

Limpeza do quarto, parecia que só arrumavam a cama, não teve capricho na limpeza do banheiro principalmente.

We had an amazing time at this hotel. It was super clean. It gives you a beautiful vibe. The decor was perfect. Breakfast was good - just wished they had the option of frying eggs. The o ly downfall to this place is that they don’t serve nor have a coffee facility of one wants to enjoy a mid afternoon coffee sitting and enjoying their lovely space/decor.
