The AC did not work. When we told them about it they just said yes it’s so hot in Rome and the room has 2 levels so it’s not as strong.

Gostei muito deste hotel. Na próxima visita a Roma, certamente me hospedarei aqui novamente.
Pros:

Localização excelente, acomodação confortável e equipe atenciosa. O café da manhã não estava incluído na minha diária, mas fiquei muito satisfeita com a qualidade e a variedade oferecidas. Valeu a pena pagar o valor adicional.

Два шага от Испанской лестницы, просторные номера, напротив Ринашенто. Красивое здание отеля. Хорошо работающий кондиционер. При этом тихо. Очень приветливый персонал.

Cons:

Уборка очень номинальная- кто-то оставил косточку от вишни на зеркале- все три дня нашего пребывания она там пролежала

Overall great hotel
Pros:

This hotel is adorable and in a great location in order to walk to many of the touristy areas.
The rooms are a a tad outdated and need a better ac system.
Breakfast was good and simple.
Receptionist are hit or miss. Some are friendly and some are extremely cold and short, not very welcoming at times.
The elevator to get up to the hotel is extremely small and tight (don't bring a lot of luggage).
Overall i would stay at this hotel again if i were in the area.

Pros:

Stayed for 4 nights. Great location, close to all major attractions, all within walking distance. Good breakfast selection and friendly staff. Booked superior room and was nice and spacious and good Aircon to keep you cool after a day out in the sun. Would definitely recommend.
