Muy lindo hotel, excelente ubicacion, limpieza y desayuno. Debo destacar la cordialidad y eficiencia de su personal. Ana siempre dando solucion a todo lo que se le planteaba al igual que su compañera cuyo nombre no recuerdo. Hotel muy recomendable y al que volveria.

Tuvimos un problema importante con una recepcionista. Lamentablemente se notó su juventud y falta de experiencia para manejar un problema en particular que tuvimos. Fue poco empática, irónica y no supo abordar la situación.

Fantastic location! Would booked it again!

The location is perfect, close to many touristc places, stores, subway and restaurants. The staff are very friendly and breakfast, although not included is very good! It is just 2 subways stations from Roma Termini. The room is a bit small but very confortable. It is my second time in this hotel and I would book it in my next visit too!

Nos dieron un upgrade de una habitación standard pequeña a una standard normal. La ubicación es inmejorable cerca de todas las atracciones de Roma ya sea caminando o a una corta distancia en transporte publico. La atención del personal es excelente y el desayuno muy rico

Amamos a nossa experiência no Hotel City Palazzo Dei Cardinali. Chegamos cedo e fomos muito bem recebidos pela funcionária. Conseguimos deixar as malas no hotel e ela disse que ia tentar ao máximo antecipar o nosso check-in e conseguimos entrar um pouco antes. O quarto apesar de pequeno, funcionou bem para a gente. Ele é bem confortável, aconchegante e bem decorado. Preciso deixar um elogio especial para a cama e os travesseiros que são surpreendentemente confortáveis. O banheiro é uma graça também e espaçoso. Além disso, tudo sempre muito limpo e cheiroso. E um dos principais pontos é a localização! O hotel fica perto da Fontana di Trevi e da Piazza di Spagna, um dos melhores pontos de Roma. A escolha foi perfeita! Amamos tudo!

O ar condicionado indo direto na cama e o vidro do box do banheiro muito curto e deixava o banheiro molhado. Somente... de resto tudo perfeito!
