Good, practical place to stay for an overnight in Piacenza
Pros:

We booked a suite which turned out to be 2 rooms joined together so lots of space. Parked our motorbikes in the underground parking. Well situated for exploring Piacenza. Quiet and comfortable.

Cons:

The rooftop restaurant was closed for renovation but they told us that when we booked. It must have a lovely view when it's open.

It was excellent
Pros:

The location, the terrace, the room was very nice and clean

Cons:

They confirmed a king bed and we got two twins
I did not complain because we spent only one night. The property was fully booked for the next 4 days

Mitten in der Altstadt. Ruhige Lage, wenn nicht gerade Wochenende.

Cons:

Das Personal am Schalter könnte freundlicher und aufmerksamer sein. Die Garage ist für heutige Autos sehr knapp bemessen.

Absolutely not recommendable and never a 4 Star Hotel!

I seriously wonder how this place manages to hold onto its 4-star rating. The rooms are tastelessly decorated—but I guess that’s subjective. What isn't subjective is the completely outdated bathroom. You get a bathtub and a single, cheap all-in-one soap. No shampoo, zero conditioner. To make matters worse, they only provide cheap paper cups for the bathroom and hot drinks. Speaking of coffee: it’s just embarrassing instant Nescafé. Even basic 3-star hotels have capsule machines these days.
The absolute highlight of absurdity, however, is their umbrella policy. The first 48 hours are free, and then you actually have to pay to use them. As if anyone would willingly walk around giving this hotel free advertising with their branded umbrella.
This was a bottom-tier experience. Save your money. Absolutely not recommended.

Abends in Piacenza ausgehen und mit einem kurzen und sicheren Weg zum Hotel zurück!
Pros:

Tolle Lage , 2min zu Fuß zur Altstadt mit eigener Tiefgarage - etwas eng einzufahren, aber auch mit einem SUV machbar!
Frühstücken auf der Dachterrasse!!!

Schöner Kurzaufenthalt in einer charmanten Stadt
Pros:

Sehr elegantes und ideal gelegenes Hotel. Mit einem kleineren Auto kann auch die Garage problemlos genutzt werden.
Charmante Rooftop Bar, da lässt es sich einige Zeit aushalten. Sehr freundliches Personal.
