Stay every summer for 2 weeks staff are very accommodating and always at hand to help. Its clean and has a very friendly atmosphere staff couldn't do enough for you. Will return next summer t

Up a hill and very hard to walk down has well. Rooms very old and need new towels no selves in fridge and old , outside furniture very old and mark. Reported my air con at 1pm and had to go and report it again at 6 pm and they came within 10 mins.

Had an amazing time at the Tuntas the staff are amazing very helpful. rooms cleaned every day. Fresh towels and pool bar thats very reasonable priced .This will be are 4th year coming and already planning our next trip over.I would highly recommend the Tuntas family suites Hotel We love the place ❤️ ♥️ ♥️

Our experience of this hotel, has been amazing, from start to finish. I can’t recommend it enough, all the staff are outstanding, so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The manager Ozkan makes you feel so welcome and will always be there to help with anything you need, but all the staff are the same Ramaz (Rambo) is always around to help with getting taxis, sunbeds, luggage
The pool bar staff especially Sakine and Gokan are fantastic, all the bar staff/ waiters/ waitresses are. I have nothing negative to say about this hotel, the cleanliness is 10/10, our rooms were cleaned everyday with fresh towels, and beds changed every other day. The pool and pool area are kept so clean, and Daniel who is in charge of the animation, is amazing with all the children. Great entertainment on a night too, brilliant atmosphere, something for everyone.
If your looking for a lovely family hotel, with great staff, clean rooms, good entertainment, with a great location overlooking ladies beach and only a short distance from the town Center at an affordable rate then I can definitely recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay with very friendly staff. Located very close to Ladies Beach. A great variation of daily and nightly entertainment 7 days a week. Rooms are very comfortable with daily cleaning of the rooms. A great place to stay which is great value for money.

We had a wonderful stay at Tuntas Family Suites hotel in Kuşadası on our first trip to Turkey, and it was such a lovely experience. What really made our holiday special was the incredible staff. Every single person we met was kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable.
A big thank you to everyone at the bar for exp: Berat, Soner, Eren and more (sorry, I didn't get everyone's names) and the breakfast team and servers like Sakine and Melisa😍 and Ramazan who helped us with our luggage and keeping the area around the pool clean and tidy, the reception staff....😊, and the lady Havva feom the housekeeping team, who kept our room exceptionally clean every day 😊. The lady's at breakfast were especially amazing—always friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Even the hotel manager Özkan🤩 was wonderful and made us feel valued as guests, helping us with hiring a car and always making sure everyone was having a good time.
We also want to give a special mention to the entertainment Daniel 🤩. The young man who organised the pool activities and games was fantastic. He always kept both adults and children entertained with fun activities, making sure everyone was included and having a great time. Our children absolutely loved it, and it made our holiday even more enjoyable.
The whole team creates such a warm, friendly, and positive atmosphere. Everyone is always smiling, in a good mood, polite, attentive, and willing to help in any way they can. You can really see that they care about their guests and do their very best to make everyone feel welcome and looked after.
The only small downside is that the hotel is a little dated and could benefit from some renovations and modernisation. The hotel is on top of a hill, it's a easy 5m walk to the lovely beach but on the way back you have to endure the "cardiac hill" a couple of pit stops may be necessary 😅
However, this was far outweighed by the outstanding service and the kindness of every member of staff.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend Tuntas Family Suites hotel to families looking for a friendly, welcoming place to stay in Kuşadası. Thank you to the entire team for making our first visit to Turkey so memorable. We truly appreciated all your hard work and hospitality, and we would be very happy to return. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 🙏🏾♥️

Our 3rd time here at Tuntaş Family Suites.
Location is great. Up a very steep hill but taxis right outside to take you into town or just down the road.
We have to compliment the reception staff who are the most helpful, delightful staff we have ever encountered on a holiday…. Big thumbs up 👍👍
Down side the lovely terrace the hotel has isn’t used other than at breakfast , and in past years has been used for evening meals (which is so much nicer than by the bar area and has great sunsets), and provides a quieter experience to eat your meals.
If you want a quieter room get a sea view as pool side can still be quite noisy with pool tables at midnight.
But we love it here and always feel sad going home.
100% love to all the staff and manager.

Kids always have something to do with the amazing Daniel.. The kids adore him between water polo, pool partys ,disco , bingo and lots lots more..

Stayed at a he Tuntas apartments for a few days in May. We are staying at Tuntas Beach Hotel Altinkum but thought we would have a try of Tuntas apartments in Kusadasi for a few days staff at reception couldn’t do enough to help. Behzat took as to our room which was beautiful bedroom done in flowers by his wife Elif living room so relaxing kettle went on straight away. The balcony wow was massive so long opened up from the bedroom and living and kitchen quarters. Then the view across to Kusadasi sea from balcony was outstanding. Then went down for breakfast help yourself everything outstanding omelettes cheese tomatoes toast brill. Then too the pool one of the best we’ve seen rails to hold on and flat steps so easy for my husband who is disabled to get down the three of us loved it. Plenty of beds around the pool. Eveningtime. Drink on our beautiful balcony looking at the views then down by the pool where music was and lovely people to talk to. Menu for any meals really good value and well presented. Well back to Tuntas hotel in the morning but well Deffinately come down to Tuntas apartments for a few more days when we come back in August thank you all the staff for your help and friendship xxx

Just had an amazing ten nights at the Tuntas. A great hotel, staff are amazing and they can’t do enough to help you, they are so friendly. Pool is perfect, never short of a bed in the sun, food beautiful and rooms spotless. A real family hotel and so close to the beach. Will 100% be back!
