Amazing trip with my family
Pros:

The hotel is located right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient to visit places all around. My room was extremely clean, spacious, with a super comfy bed and a very chill city view. What impressed me the most and will stay with me is the heartwarming hospitality of the staff. From the receptionists to the bellmen, everyone welcomed me with bright smiles, attentiveness, and a genuine readiness to help at any moment.

Pros:

Khách sạn mới, gần trung tâm (phố đi bộ) nên tiện di chuyển đến Hồ Xuân Hương, cầu Trường Tiền, trường Quốc học Huế... Lễ tân và nhân viên khách sạn thân thiện, phòng ở vừa đủ, sạch sẽ.

Cons:

Bữa sáng không có nhiều món. Khách sạn khử mùi chưa tốt, mùi thức ăn bay tận lên các phòng nghỉ gây khó chịu chút, nếu khắc phục được thì khách sạn cũng là một nơi đáng để lưu trú.

I can highly recommend the Orchid Hotel for anyone visiting Hue! It was a top-tier experience from start to finish. The hotel is excellent, and the service is incredibly friendly. All my questions were answered immediately, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay perfect.
​A special highlight was the private car they organized for my transfer to Hoi An. The driver was fantastic and followed all my wishes: we stopped at Lap An Lagoon, Lang Co Beach, the Hai Van Pass (Cloud Pass), and the Marble Mountains. We even had a delicious seafood lunch right at the beach in Da Nang.
​Other highlights:
​Breakfast: Freshly made à la carte breakfast – absolutely delicious!
​Service: They even helped me with my laundry, and everything was handled perfectly.
​Helpfulness: Both the hotel staff and the driver were super supportive and attentive.
​If you are looking for excellent service and a stress-free trip, this is the place to go. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making my trip so memorable!

Pros:

Atención fantástica, muy amables. La ubicación es genial. Pudimos alquilar una moto en el mismo hotel por muy buen precio. La habitación era muy bonita.

La ducha no era nada cómoda. Los enchufes se salían. El desayuno muy poco variado, nada occidental.
