Tout : la literie exceptionnelle, la chambre avec vue ( on était au 7eme) un petit cocon, la literie (notre meilleure nuit au Vietnam), le petit déjeuner, le personnel attentionné et adorable, l emplacement.

Un établissement très bien situé
Pros:

Un très bon séjour ! L'hôtel est idéalement situé en plein centre. Le personnel est extrêmement accueillant. Ld petit déjeuner buffet correct. De plus, la réservation des transferts est très facile et le chauffeur était vraiment très agréable et professionnel. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe, nous recommandons !

Un peu de bruit à l'extérieur mais rien de très dérangeant.

Tuyệt vời
Pros:

Vị trí siêu tiện lợi. Nhà có trẻ con, chỉ cần đi bộ tầm 3p là đến quán Chạn - quán tủ của nhà mình. Mua sắm hay siêu thị, massage, gội đầu,... đều loanh quanh trong khu. Cạnh KS còn là quán bánh ngọt hot hit với món bánh phô mai, hôm nào cũng thấy người vào mua tấp nập.
Phố đi bộ cuối tuần siêu nhộn nhịp nhưng phòng tương đối yên tĩnh, vừa đủ để ngủ.
Mình có bỏ quên đồ khi check out, KS đã hỗ trợ nhiệt tình trong việc gửi đồ cho mình.

Cons:

KS hơi cũ tuy nhiên với vị trí và mức giá hiện tại thì ok, vẫn đáp ứng đủ yêu cầu của gia đình mình.

Mình vừa có một trải nghiệm cực kỳ xứng đáng tại Orchid Hotel! Dù không thuộc phân khúc xa hoa lộng lẫy, nhưng chất lượng dịch vụ ở đây hoàn toàn có thể sánh ngang. Điểm cộng lớn nhất chính là đội ngũ nhân viên siêu tinh tế, lịch thiệp và vô cùng hiếu khách. Lúc nào họ cũng chủ động quan tâm và hỗ trợ mình nhiệt tình.

Khách sạn nằm ngay trung tâm nên việc di chuyển đi chơi, ăn uống quanh thành phố tiện lợi vô cùng. Từ đây ngắm view phố thị cũng rất "chill". Có cả cho thuê xe máy, Chốt lại là chấm 10/10, mọi người rất nên thử trải nghiệm nha!

Pros:

Khách sạn mới, gần trung tâm (phố đi bộ) nên tiện di chuyển đến Hồ Xuân Hương, cầu Trường Tiền, trường Quốc học Huế... Lễ tân và nhân viên khách sạn thân thiện, phòng ở vừa đủ, sạch sẽ.

Cons:

Bữa sáng không có nhiều món. Khách sạn khử mùi chưa tốt, mùi thức ăn bay tận lên các phòng nghỉ gây khó chịu chút, nếu khắc phục được thì khách sạn cũng là một nơi đáng để lưu trú.
