Pros:

Buena ubicación y buenas vistas, el baño bien y el desayuno muy bueno.

Cons:

La cama demasiado blanda, dormimos bastante mal.
Las habitaciones mal insonorizadas, a las 7 de la mañana unos portazos que nos despertaron bastante molestos.

Good quality hotel and centrally based. Nice rooftop bar and excellent evening restaurant

Friendly staff, nice rooftop bar and really excellent evening restaurant

Cons:

Lack of promotion of restaurant- did not even know about the evening meal. Meal was excellent and disappointing we found out by accident rather than hotel promoting the restaurant and quality of food. Wasting skills of female chef by not promoting.

Vacanza ad Aveiro con famiglia
Pros:

In pieno centro ad Aveiro. Stanze comunicanti ma separate (famiglia di 4 persone) seppure piccole. Bagno con bidet. Ristorante ottimo di fronte.

Cons:

Colazione scarna con macchinette da caricare con cialde. Difficoltà di parcheggio seppure vicino ci sia uno sterrato (gratis) Letto alla francese (previsto)

The internet did not give me a true sense of what to expect but the hotel was wonderul.
Pros:

This hotel was much more than I expected. Above all the staff was amazing and the kindness and help they gave us was over the top. You could not have a better breakfast buffet. The rooms were very comfortable and the location was great for walking and sightseeing. My grandaughter let the shower overflow without realizing it. We were both upset and so sorry. The assistant manager calmed her down with calm kind words and even sent a pastry to the room for her. They went over and above to meet our needs and to assist us in every way. It was a delightful place to stay.

Cons:

Not one thing about this hotel could have been better.
