Prima verblijf met paar min puntjes
Pros:

Rustig hotel. Geen drukte

Cons:

Het ontbijt was zeer simpel. Zwembad en restaurant op zondagen gesloten. Geen goede zit hoek waar je wat kon drinken behalve in of bij de lobby.

Ottima prima esperienza
Pros:

È la prima volta che soggiorno in questo hotel e sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa devo dire!
Atmosfera familiare, personale cordialissimo e camere pulite e dotate di ogni comfort.
Il giardino e la vista sono un plus da non sottovalutare

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut und es stehen ausreichend öffentliche Parkplätze direkt beim Hotel zur Verfügung. Zudem machte der SPA-Bereich von außen einen wunderschönen Eindruck. Leider konnten wir diesen aus rein zeitlichen Gründen während unseres Aufenthalts nicht selbst testen.

Das Hotelgebäude und die Einrichtung sind zwar schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber es hat dennoch einen gewissen Charme. Wir wurden trotz unserer späten Anreise überaus herzlich an der 24-Stunden-Rezeption empfangen. Ein besonderes Dankeschön gilt dem überaus verständnisvollen und hilfsbereiten Personal: Meiner Frau ging es gesundheitlich leider nicht gut, weshalb die Bettwäsche verschmutzt wurde. Diese wurde sofort, diskret und ohne jegliche Umstände gewechselt – vielen Dank für dieses große Verständnis!

Die Umgebung des Hotels hat uns ebenfalls gut gefallen. Trotz dieses kleinen Wermutstropfens bezüglich der Strände können wir das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen, auch ideal für einen Kurzaufenthalt. Wir haben uns dort trotz des etwas älteren Zustands rundum wohlgefühlt.

Cons:

Die nahegelegenen Strände wären eigentlich wunderschön, wenn man mehr Wert auf die Sauberkeit legen würde. Leider lag an mehreren Strandabschnitten viel Abfall herum. Das ist sehr schade, denn aus anderen Teilen Siziliens kennen wir deutlich gepflegtere Strände.

Quando vengo a Messina questo è sicuramente il posto che prenoto ad occhi chiusi.
Lo staff è sempre gentile e accogliente e la pace che si respira ti fa dimenticare qualunque stress.
Una certezza!

Il personale stupendo, peccato la poca manutenzione della struttura
Pros:

Il personale della reception. TUTTE, davvero tutte ( e tutti) bravissime e bravissimi. Gentili, accoglienti, pronte a risolvere tutti i (numerosi) problemi della struttura. In più un ragazzo dei servizi di manutenzione e pulizia ci ha aiutato anche con il controllo dell’olio della macchina. Sempre tutti pronti a dare una mano, davvero.
Anche l’area piscina bella e devo dire pulita, tenuta molto meglio dell’albergo.

Cons:

La struttura deve, DEVE essere riammodernata e manutenuta diversamente.
Di tre stanze cambiate, non c’è n’era una che non avesse qualcosa che non funzionava:
in una era rotto il frigo,
in un’altra (matrimoniale, quindi per 2 persone) la stanza non aveva nemmeno una cassettiera e l’armadio a un’anta aveva una microappenderia di 5 stampelle e l’unico ripiano era occupato quasi totalmente dalla cassaforte,
nella terza e ultima l’aria condizionata ha funzionato a giorni alterni e comunque dovendo lasciare la chiave in camera per lasciare attiva l’elettricità. In più ci sono caduti ai piedi pezzi di intonaco dal soffitto del bagno.
Inoltre molto diverso anche l’arredo dell’ingresso rispetto alle foto e la sala da colazione/pranzo/cena era grande poco più di una camera da letto.

De supermarkt ernaast is goed.

Cons:

Onvriendelijke baas, veel aparte regels, amper toegang tot zwembad, oude vergane glorie, niet inderhouden, ontbijt niet volledig, koffiemachine kapot, enkel Italiaans of amper Engelse uitleg, slechte wifi... Veel te duur voor wat het was. Zeker geen 4 sterren waard... kies een rbnb in de plaats....

Com melhor gestão seria um sitio espectacular.
Pros:

O quarto tinha um bom tamanho, e o WC remodelado. A zona do hotel era calma, com vista para o lago, e perto de bons restaurantes (1,5/2 km).

Cons:

A piscina, era boa, mas só se podia usar gratuitamente de 2ª a 4ª. De 5ªa a Domingo teria de se pagar por dia/pessoa 10€, o que não faz sentido nenhum a quem está hospedado no hotel.
Também o pequeno-almoço tem pontos negativos, como as mesas usadas não eram levantadas até vir outras pessoas para se sentarem, e a comida(fruta, pão, sumos) não era reposta, ou pelo menos durante o período e dias que estivemos.
