Un angolo di pace
Pros:

Quando vengo a Messina questo è sicuramente il posto che prenoto ad occhi chiusi.
Lo staff è sempre gentile e accogliente e la pace che si respira ti fa dimenticare qualunque stress.
Una certezza!

Il personale stupendo, peccato la poca manutenzione della struttura
Pros:

Il personale della reception. TUTTE, davvero tutte ( e tutti) bravissime e bravissimi. Gentili, accoglienti, pronte a risolvere tutti i (numerosi) problemi della struttura. In più un ragazzo dei servizi di manutenzione e pulizia ci ha aiutato anche con il controllo dell’olio della macchina. Sempre tutti pronti a dare una mano, davvero.
Anche l’area piscina bella e devo dire pulita, tenuta molto meglio dell’albergo.

Cons:

La struttura deve, DEVE essere riammodernata e manutenuta diversamente.
Di tre stanze cambiate, non c’è n’era una che non avesse qualcosa che non funzionava:
in una era rotto il frigo,
in un’altra (matrimoniale, quindi per 2 persone) la stanza non aveva nemmeno una cassettiera e l’armadio a un’anta aveva una microappenderia di 5 stampelle e l’unico ripiano era occupato quasi totalmente dalla cassaforte,
nella terza e ultima l’aria condizionata ha funzionato a giorni alterni e comunque dovendo lasciare la chiave in camera per lasciare attiva l’elettricità. In più ci sono caduti ai piedi pezzi di intonaco dal soffitto del bagno.
Inoltre molto diverso anche l’arredo dell’ingresso rispetto alle foto e la sala da colazione/pranzo/cena era grande poco più di una camera da letto.

Het moet ooit heel mooi geweest zijn....
De supermarkt ernaast is goed.

Cons:

Onvriendelijke baas, veel aparte regels, amper toegang tot zwembad, oude vergane glorie, niet inderhouden, ontbijt niet volledig, koffiemachine kapot, enkel Italiaans of amper Engelse uitleg, slechte wifi... Veel te duur voor wat het was. Zeker geen 4 sterren waard... kies een rbnb in de plaats....

Com melhor gestão seria um sitio espectacular.
Pros:

O quarto tinha um bom tamanho, e o WC remodelado. A zona do hotel era calma, com vista para o lago, e perto de bons restaurantes (1,5/2 km).

Cons:

A piscina, era boa, mas só se podia usar gratuitamente de 2ª a 4ª. De 5ªa a Domingo teria de se pagar por dia/pessoa 10€, o que não faz sentido nenhum a quem está hospedado no hotel.
Também o pequeno-almoço tem pontos negativos, como as mesas usadas não eram levantadas até vir outras pessoas para se sentarem, e a comida(fruta, pão, sumos) não era reposta, ou pelo menos durante o período e dias que estivemos.

Rundum ein gelungener Urlaub
Pros:

Es war ein kleines und ruhiges Hotel. Sehr gut zum entspannen und relaxen. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam , hilfsbereit und höflich. Ich habe mich wohl gefühlt und konnte mich gut erholen.

La habitación y el baño eran amplios, las zonas externas son bonitas y la piscina también. Personal amable.

Cons:

La cama era muy incomoda, al hotel le haría falta una renovación. El desayuno era muy industrial y el café no estaba nada rico. El gimnasio no lo pudimos usar, necesita renovación. Precio muy elevado para lo que ofrecen.

Zijn na 2 weken teruggekomen omdat het hotel goed was bevallen.
Pros:

Mooie kamer in een prima hotel. Rustig gelegen en goede faciliteiten, zoals wellness en zwembad. Uitstekend ontbijt en (optioneel) een uitstekend diner.
