L'amabilité de la personne à l'accueil
Le bruit jusqu'à 2h du matin du fait d'un café bar en dessous de mes fenêtres.
La poignée de porte de salle de bain cassée.

Zweckmässiges Hotel in der Stadt. Zimmer sind sauber und die Betten bequem.
Die Zimmer sind ringhörig und gewisse Zimmer haben Teppichböden.

Il bagno della camera era accettabile anche se un po’ trascurato nonostante fosse ristrutturato da poco
La camera presentava un forte odore di polvere probabilmente a causa della moquette molto sporca come la stanza stessa.
L’emplacement était correct. Le personnel était jeune, tentait de répondre aux questions des clients et faisait de leur mieux mais visiblement il n’est pas formé.
La literie n’est pas confortable, l’hôtel est dans son jus. Petit déjeuner qui ne vaut pas vraiment son prix. Il faut y aller tôt si on veut avoir quelque chose de pas trop sec à manger, cafetière HS, pas de fontaine à eau ou autre.
Hôtel très bien situé quartier très sympathique et des commerçants très aimables.

Hotel is well-located for Central Brest, and checking in at a late hour was convenient, with the code provided and key box. Staff are pleasant, breakfast was nice enough. Decor in the breakfast room is also pleasant. Shower/bathroom (Room 101) was good, it's a small space but perfectly usable; the toilet itself is in a separate cupboard, once again perfectly usable, but some people might not be happy with that.
So, the noise - as other reviewers have stated, this hotel suffers with a lack of sound control. Room doors are noisy, locks are noisy, floors, stairs, all noisy. I personally didn't get much noise from outside, despite being on the 1st floor, but then it was a quiet night outside when I arrived. I could hear everything from people going up and down the stairs, the snoring of the person in the room above me, and, because my room (101) was adjacent to the cleaner's cupboard, from about 0700 I could hear the cleaner preparing to do her job. All these things were really noisy, so I ended up vacating and finding a different hotel. The decor in room 101 is in need of refurbishment, some of the paint was peeling, and the curtains were a little tired.

Un établissement qui joue sur des photos flatteuses alors que les parties communes comme la cage d’escalier est miteuse , notre prétendue terrasse totalement insalubres
