Würde es wieder buchen!
Pros:

Hervorragende Lage, alles in wenigen ( 5-15) Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Terrasse war die Überraschung: sie ging aus der Zimmerbeschreibung nicht hervor. Sie lag nordseitig ( bei 35°C im Schatten eine wahre Wohltat), wir hatten eine wunderschönen Ausblick über das Tal und wir konnten jeden morgen das Aufsteigen der Heißluftballons beobachten. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war hervorragend-ich konnte endlich nach 8 Tagen Rundreise meine hüftlangen Haare waschen statt nur beträufeln. Bewachter hoteleigener Garagenplatz war auch vorhanden.

Cons:

Schwer was zu bemängeln zu finden. Ein Einlagebrett im Kasten wäre hilfreich gewesen, wie auch eine Schreibtischlampe.

Segovia lindo el hotel muy regular

En la habitación ni siquiera había porta maletas, no había cafetera, el desayuno muy muy regular, el personal muy muy poco gentil

El trato en recepción cuando llegue y la ubicación en la zona histórica

Durante todo el tiempo que estuve en la habitación no paró el ruido que provenía de la instalación del aire acondicionado. No pude ni dormir más de una hora continua ( cosa que comenté con recepción cuando marché a las 7.30). Creo que la empresa debe cuidar no solo la limpieza ( la habitación estaba muy limpia y ordenada) sino ausencia de ruidos durante el tiempo de estancia y eso es para mí esencial. No puede ser que pagando por algo no se obtenga una contraprestación adecuada y uno se levanta cansado y estresado

Lo recomiendo y volvería a hospedarme
Pros:

La ubicación era perfecta. El desayuno era muy rico.

Cons:

Me hicieron hacer check in a través de una página online diciendo que había un descuento. Al reservar online , como reservé 2 dormitorios y parqueo. Se reservaron 2 parqueos. No me quisieron devolver reembolso , pero al menos compensaron dando una de las habitaciones con vista.
