Perfect location, clean and friendly staff
Pros:

Very clean and absolutely perfect location to easily walk everywhere. Staff was friendly and always asked if they could help or if we needed anything.
We stayed during the awful heat wave and there is no AC, but surprisingly we did fine with the fan, probably due to the thick walls.
We will definitely be back

Charming stay in Paris
Pros:

Staff members were very friendly, the room was charming, and location was great! We were short steps away from the train. They also offered us free water which was very kind and helpful. Loved this place!

The entire Hotel is in dire need of an update from the outside awning to the worn and tired decor. Definitely not a standard 3 star Hotel.
