Fabulous place with excellent facilities and staff.
Pros:

All around excellent and the breakfast is best ever I had in Germany.

Cons:

Garage parking is tight. Harder for Americans to park but people are nice enough to guide you.

Es hat rundum gepasst
Pros:

Sehr gutes Gesamtkonzept. Tolles Frühstückbuffet, super Karte für das Nachtessen und sehr gute Küche. Schönes Ambiente und aufmerksamer und netter Service. Es hat alles gestimmt. Wir waren 3 Nächte dort und haben immer im Hotel gegessen.

Cons:

Offener Rotwein sollte nicht zu warm serviert werden.

Absolut perfekter Aufenthalt für meine Frau und mich, ein kurzweiliger Wellnessurlaub!
Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war der Hammer, so etwas habe ich noch nie gesehen! Habe über booking gebucht und all in....absolut perfekt!!!!

Die geplanten Ausflüge/Touren konnten voll genossen werden, da man beim zurückkehren ins Hotel wie zuhause empfangen
Pros:

Einfach alles - vom Empfang bis zur Verabschiedung - noch nie so ein geschultes, freundliches,hilfsbereites, aber nicht aufdringliches Personal angetroffen.

Kleines, aber feines Hotel
Pros:

Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen! Vor allem, dass man knusprige Waffeln backen konnte, kannten wir so nicht und waren begeistert.

Cons:

Das Spa verteilt sich auf 3 Etagen, was auch nicht allzu gut ausgeschildert war

Pros:

Ein wunderschönes Hotel. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und hochwertig. Wellness – und Poolanlage sind einzigartig. Das Personal ist dezent, aber ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Bei meinem nächsten Trier Aufenthalt muss ich nicht lange überlegen, wo ich übernachte.

La piscine sur le toit, la terrasse exposée au sud, le personnel très accueillant, le confort et la propreté de la chambre, le délicieux et varié petit-dejeuner, les essuies et le peignoir présents dans la chambre pour la partie wellness, le calme. Nous avons vraiment tout aimé !
