Außergewöhnliche Unterkunft mit vielen kleinen Mängeln

Traumhafte Lage unterhalb der Stadt. Sehr geschmackvolle Ausstattung. Gutes Frühstück. Tolles Ambiente. Tiefgarage in der Nähe.

Cons:

Wir hatten die Suite im 4 -Sternehotel gebucht. Leider gab es keine Minibar und die Internetverbindung war unterirdisch schlecht. In der Suite gab es zusätzliche Einschränkungen die bei dieser Kategorie und diesem Preis nicht sein sollten: Lose Bodenfliese im Bad, bei den Fliesen auf dem Balkon löst sich die Farbe ab. Das Waschbecken müsste mal grundgereinigt und saniert werden. Beim Zugang zur Dusche in der Badewanne musste man praktisch über die Toilette steigen. Das Personal war unmotiviert bis unfreundlich, der Restaurantbetrieb direkt vor der Suite ist sehr laut bis spät in die Nacht, so dass man sich auf dem Balkon mit tollem Blick auf alte Gemäuer kaum ruhig unterhalten konnte. Es war auch eine Kaffee-Kapselmaschine vorhanden aber keine Kaffeekapseln. Die Tiefgarage in der Nähe ist mit 23€/Nacht recht teuer.

Lovely hotel let down by poor room.
Pros:

The overall hotel is a beautiful building and the hotel itself is lovely with delightful gardens and pool area; the dinning room, bar and patio are all excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room was a big disappointment. The main issues were the aircon was hugely inadequate, none of the shutters fully closed resulting in a very warm room and there was nowhere in the bathroom to hang towels. The wardrobe had just three wire hangers. The hotel has recently been extended and we felt that the investment had gone there at the expense of the existing rooms? Breakfast was alright but nothing special, a freshly cooked breakfast to order would be a great improvement.

La ubicación muy buena, y el patio y restaurante también. Buen desayuno.

Cons:

Nos pusieron en la habitación 111 que parecía la habitación de lis horrores. Con un suelo, un mobiliario, y un baño espantoso. Eso sí, la cama muy cómoda. Luego vimos, que había otras habitaciones colindantes, que las habían reformado. Yo les aconsejaría, que no oferten la habitación 111, o cualquier otra que no esté en debidas condiciones de habitabilidad.

Super séjour dans ce très bel hôtel
Pros:

La situation proche de la vielle ville de Tolède.
L’hôtel est dans les ramparts anciens mais des parties contemporaines viennent magnifier cet établissement. Magnifique jardin , rafraichissant avec ses petites fontaines 😊

Cons:

il faut je pense être attentif à la localisation des chambres car toutes avec des vues très différentes et parfois pas de vue . Le petit déjeuner était en fait un grand buffet sans raffinement

Pros:

Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν υπέροχο! Μείναμε στην junior suite και ήταν όπως στις φωτογραφίες που διαθέτουν. Το προσωπικό στην reception και ειδικά η Μαρία ήταν πρόθυμη να σε βοηθήσει σε ότι της ζητούσες. Το δωματιο καθαρό και ήσυχο .το ξενοδοχειο ηταν δίπλα σε όλα μέσα σε λίγα λεπτά. Σίγουρα στο μέλλον εκεί θα ξαναμεινω.

Muy bueno y bonito. TOTALMENTE RECOMENDABLE.
Pros:

Todo muy bien. Tranquilo y cómodo. Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos en este hotel (ver, no obstante, mi comentario sobre lo "que no").

Cons:

Aunque no depende del hotel, el parking ORA de la entrada contempla un plazo de dos horas tan solo, con lo que no resulta práctico si uno va a recorrer la ciudad pendiente del tiempo para el cambio del ticket o, en su defecto, exponerse a una multa.
En otro orden de cosas, la privacidad de la ducha sí es cuestionable, porque está separada de la habitación principal por un cristal transparente en su totalidad (al menos nuestra habitación, las dos ocasiones), lo que no es problema si se viaja con la pareja o similar, pero si uno comparte habitación con otra persona de no mucha confianza (viajes organizados, por ejemplo) se podría generar una situación, digamos, algo desagradable por falta de privacidad.

Relaxed and spacious setting
Pros:

Relaxed setting slightly out of town but close to escalators up. Hotel in old setting but room large and spacious. Terrace is lovely.

Cons:

Not so much a dislike but in off season work on the basis the bar will not be open in the evening. When hosting events good to have a sign that warns. People near me would not stop going back and forward knocking on doors then closing them loudly. Not the hotels fault but so annoying.

Zeer smaakvolle accommodatie.
Pros:

Wat een geweldige accommodatie! Drie dagen enorm genoten, van het uitgebreide ontbijt in zeer ruimtelijke zaal tot aan de gezellige avonden in de prachtige tuin met koffie en likeur. De kamer was in het oude gedeelte, vrij primitief maar ruim. Prima bedden, wel weinig ruimte om iets op te leggen. De tuin en uitzichten vanaf de muur beviel ons het meest.

Cons:

Een koelkast op de kamer zou wenselijk zijn.
