It's worth it just for one night in a historic building.
Pros:

The area is great, and since the hotel is inside a historic building, it's good for a one-night stay and not more. Having a pool was a plus, and the space was great.

Cons:

The interior hasn't been renovated for a long time. The floor laminate is very old and worn out. The walls have cracks and the paint isn't in good shape. There's no setup for making tea or coffee.
The pool closes after ten at night (I think it should stay open in the summer)

Ha decaído un poco
Pros:

Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos. El hotel sigue siendo precioso y el personal encantador.

Cons:

Pero los servicios y la limpieza los he notado peores que el año pasado. La suite junior tiene una terraza espectacular que el año pasado tenía una sombrilla grande y dos butacas. Igual que había sombrillas en las dos piscinas. Este año no había sombrillas ni en la terraza ni, aún peor, en ninguna de las piscinas. En plena ola de calor con Toledo a 40 grados. La piscina más moderna estaba muy turbia y el agua llena de suciedad. La antigua el año pasado la iluminaban por la noche, este año no. Había hormigas pequeñas en el lavabo. En muchas zonas comunes del exterior da sensación de dejadez, cosas amontonadas sin más, hamacas sucísimas, una pena porque el hotel es precioso, deberían cuidarlo más. El desayuno poco variado.

C'est un paradis !

Les magnifiques jardins, les batiments, les vues sur les murailles, les piscines, le restaurant. Quel endroit splendide ! Et cet escalator a 3 pas pour acceder á la ville sans trop se fatiguer...

Posto incantevole per staccare in una piccola oasi di relax immersa nella storia
Pros:

Struttura molto suggestiva, curata e posta in una posizione comoda avendo le scale mobili vicine.
Vista meravigliosa, specie dalla piscina al piano alto: l’atmosfera è davvero magica e tranquilla.
Camere curate, la nostra era molto particolare.
La colazione completa, soddisfa tutti i gusti: molto buona e servizio sempre presente.
Anche il ristorante degno di nota: abbiamo mangiato molto bene!

Cons:

Peccato che il ristorante fosse aperto solo due sere a settimane, ne avremmo usufruito volentieri di più.

Genial,pero mejorable.
Pros:

Buena ubicacion,todos los rincones del hotel son bastante bonitos, a pesar de algunas cosillas malas,si tenemos que volver a toledo,nos quedariamos de nuevo en el hotel sin dudarlo.

Cons:

Estabamos en la parte nueva y teniamos que dar mucha vuelta para poder salir,es un poco lioso hasta que te lo aprendes.La piscina de arriba tienen que revisar el tratamiento del agua,ya que estaba un poco turbia y con verde.Desayuno sencillo para este hotel de 4 estrellas.
