Lovely and convenient hotel with excellent staff!
Pros:

Beautiful, well-maintained, and good vibes. Staff were genuinely helpful and friendly. In the context of small-street European towns, this was exceptionally easy to access by car and I was able to arrange parking (right out front!) in advance. Great location.

Pros:

A beautiful hotel in a fantastic location, easy walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. We stayed in a Jasmine Room and it was done to a high standard with a lovely balcony. Staff were kind and friendly and the free water bottles were a nice touch (and were a lifesaver in the hot weather). Loved ut and would definitely come back.

The only place to stay in Menton!
Pros:

Location is superb. Short walk to beach and town. Staff are amazing, really personable and you get treated like a friend. Julia is a dream! Decor gorgeous. Rooms so comfortable. All divine!

Perfect hotel, will return!
Pros:

So good I booked to return after my first night there. The staff is super lovely, the room is comfortable and well equipped, nice touch with having a Nespresso machine in the room and offering complimentary still or sparkling water throughout the stay alongside the coffee. Breakfast was superb with lots of options (including prosecco!) and the location couldn't be better to both explore Menton but also reach the train station to see other towns around.

A very comfortable stay in a sweet little hotel
Pros:

The staff were welcoming and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was in a nice area, quite picturesque and we could enjoy nice views of the old buildings from our balcony. We were glad of the good air conditioning as the weather was very hot. Breakfast was amazing- what a spread!

Pros:

The multilingual reception staff members were unfailingly pleasant and helpful. Beautifully renovated boutique hotel with exquisite rooms. The beds were comfortable, there was both air conditioning and a ceiling fan, a minibar and tea and coffee maker. Gorgeous views from our upper floor room. The buffet breakfast had a variety of local gourmet products and fresh fruits. The breakfast seating was both indoors and in a charming outdoor courtyard with a quiet fountain. A carafe of cold water was offered to each guest. A gem of a hotel in a calm, centrally located, tree shaded street. Perfect!

Cons:

Nothing not to like. We are only sorry that we did not stay longer.

J’y reviendrais ! Le meilleur hôtel visité depuis très longtemps.
Pros:

À ceux qui seraient nostalgiques de la Belle époque, l’hôtel Gabriel est le lieux idéal pour retrouver ce style art déco des années 1960. Tous les détails sont parfaitement pensé et plongent le voyageur dans une ambiance French Riviera.
